more Password logins to SFTP servers work again, folder copies to and from servers are much faster with live progress, and security hardening.
Fixed
- Password logins to SFTP servers work. Connecting to an SFTP server with a password was turned away with "Permission denied".
- Copying folders to and from SFTP servers is much faster and shows live progress. A folder with many files used to take a new login for every file, and the progress window only moved when a whole folder was done.
- An SSH key you choose for a server keeps working after you restart Captain's Deck.
Security
- Security hardening for server connections and saved passwords.
1.5.7 5h ago
Big transfers to servers and S3 pick up where they stopped, Windows PCs work as SSH servers, safer Folder Sync, and
the preview panel stays open across restarts.
New
- Big SFTP and S3 transfers resume. Turn on Resume interrupted transfers in Settings, Transfers, and a large download
or upload that fails or is cancelled keeps what was already sent. Press Retry, or copy the same file again, and it
carries on from there instead of starting over. On S3, the parts of an upload that is never finished are cleared after
7 days, so they don't keep costing storage.
- Windows PCs as SSH servers. Connect to a Windows computer running its built-in OpenSSH Server and browse it like any
other server. A single slash lists the drives, and a path such as /C:/Users/name works as the Initial Path.
Fixed
- Folder Sync no longer deletes files permanently. When a newer file replaces an older one, the older file now goes to
the Trash, and only after the new copy is complete, so a failed or cancelled copy leaves it where it was. Files that
Folder Sync removes go to the Trash too. On disks without a Trash, such as some network shares, they are deleted, as
in Finder.
- The preview panel comes back when you restart. If it was open when you quit, it is open again next time, also with a
retro theme on.
- Password logins to SFTP-only accounts work. Accounts without shell access that sign in with a password were turned
away with "Permission denied".
- Progress on SFTP-only servers moves smoothly. During a big transfer the progress bar no longer sits still or keeps
switching to the busy animation.

Search your settings, faster copies between servers, right-click selection, and Office documents in content search.
NEW
- Search Settings: press Command-F in Settings to find any option and jump straight to it.
- Search inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OpenDocument files, on your Mac and on servers.
- Copying a file between two SFTP servers no longer goes through your Mac's disk.
- Go to Path takes server addresses: sftp://user@host/folder, ftp:// or ftps://.
- Right-click to select, like Total Commander (turn it on in Settings > General).
- Change the list's text size with Command-Plus and Command-Minus.
- Mouse side buttons go back and forward.
- Quitting during a copy asks first, and Quit and Stop cleans up partly copied files.
- New tips for these features.
CHANGED
- Go Home is Shift-Command-H; Move to Other Pane is Shift-Command-M, and Command-M minimises again.
- FTPS works with servers that offer it on port 21.
- F3 View, Return and double-click work on files on servers and inside archives.
- The active pane stands out more, and narrow panes keep room for file names.
- Undoing a copy moves the copies to the Trash.
FIXED
- Compressing on a server shows its progress, and Cancel stops it and deletes the partial archive.
- Compare Files keeps each file's text encoding and line endings.
- SFTP with a jump host never sends your password to the jump host, and saved jump-host connections opened from the sidebar use it.
- Changing permissions on a folder's contents no longer changes files that links point to.
- Moving a folder whose names differ only in capitals no longer loses a file.
- Archives with [ ] * or ? in their name open the right file.
- Rackspace: large containers list completely and big files upload.
- Search: hybrid mode lists each file once, and some .gitignore patterns no longer stall it.
- Diagnostic reports hide server names.
- No more negative item count with Group By on.
1.5.5 Oct 10
This update brings two releases together: 1.5.3 and 1.5.4.

- Permission Denied now has a Retry button.
- Pausing and resuming a copy keeps to the speed limit, and tags keep their Finder colour.
FROM 1.5.3

- The pane tells you when a server disconnects or a folder can't be opened, with Reconnect and Try Again.
- Size bars and folder sizes on demand (View menu).
- Large uploads to S3 are faster and can exceed 5 GB.
- Choose the file-name encoding for older FTP servers.
- Fixed: renaming only the capitalisation of a name could delete the file.
- Fixed: a security issue with password logins to SFTP servers.
- Fixed: WebDAV files with spaces or accented letters in their names.

Captain's Deck 1.5.2
A big view-and-browse release: a Finder-style column browser, archives inside archives, and a friendlier first run.
New
• Column View — browse as cascading columns. A new view mode (View > Column Browser, or ⌃⌘4) shows your folders Finder-style: pick a folder and its
contents open in the next column to the right, so you can dig several levels deep and see the whole path at a glance. Everything you select works with
copy, move, delete, Quick Look and Get Info.
• Open an archive that's inside another archive. Come across a .zip tucked inside a .zip (or deeper)? Just open it — Captain's Deck extracts it behind
the scenes and lets you browse straight in. Backspace steps you back out one archive at a time.
• Hold F1 to see where the keyboard can go. Press and hold F1 and a badge appears over each area — the panes, the sidebar, the terminal — showing the
shortcut that jumps keyboard focus there. A quick tap still opens the full shortcuts list.
• A short guided tour for new users. The first launch offers a quick walkthrough of the panes, sidebar, and function-key row. Replay it any time from
Help > Take a Tour.
• Every folder can remember how you like it. Turn on Settings > General > "Remember view settings for each folder" and each folder keeps its sort order,
view mode and hidden-files choice. View mode is now per-pane too.
Fixed
• Arrow keys work in the sidebar again.
• Archive file names no longer show a stray time.
• Operations never target the "[..]" go-up entry when nothing is selected.
1.5.2 Sep 15
New in 1.5.1
• Split & combine files — Break a large file into numbered parts at a size you choose, each with a checksum, then recombine them with
byte-for-byte verification. Under Tools ▸ Split File… / Combine Files…, or right-click a file.
• Search inside files on remote servers — Full Search now looks through file contents on SFTP, S3, WebDAV, and other remote locations, not
just local folders.
• Quick Look for remote files — Press ⌘Y on a file that lives on a server and Captain's Deck downloads a copy and opens the full preview,
following your cursor from file to file.
Fixed
• Browsing a remote folder with the Preview panel open is much smoother — no more download for every file you scroll past.
• Previous/Next in the file-comparison window now scrolls to the change.
1.5.1 Aug 31
A big step for remote workflows: edit files on remote servers with your changes flowing straight back, a lasting history of everything the app has done, reusable sync presets, and per-folder sorting.
Added
• Edit remote files in place — your saves fly straight back to the server. Press F4 on a file on SFTP, S3, WebDAV, or a cloud service and Captain's Deck downloads it, opens it in your editor, and re-uploads every time you save. Mounted shares (SMB/AFP/NFS) edit their real file directly.
• Quick Look now works for remote files. The Preview panel downloads previewable files (images, PDFs, text, media under 25 MB) and shows a real Quick Look, just like local files.
• Operation Log (⌥⌘L) — a lasting history of completed, failed, and cancelled file operations that survives quitting the app.
• Save and reuse Folder Sync setups. Name a pair of folders with their filter settings, then recall the whole thing in one click.
• Remember sort order for each folder. A new option in Settings → General keeps every folder sorted the way you last left it. Off by default.
Changed
• Deleting an application is smarter. "Delete Application…" now works on several apps at once, and pressing F8 on app bundles opens the App Deleter so you can clear out their leftover files too.
Fixed
• The cursor stays put when a pane refreshes, so a folder updating in the background no longer bounces you to the top of the list.
1.5 Aug 14
SFTP panes get dramatically faster in this update, plus a round of Preview Panel, sidebar, and Activity fixes.
FASTER SFTP
• Copying from an SFTP server no longer stalls on "Calculating copy size…". Preparing a copy used to query the server one directory at a time — on a WordPress-sized tree that meant hours before
the first byte moved. The whole tree is now measured in a single connection, so the same copy starts in seconds. Cancel works during the scan, too.
• Compress now works on SFTP panes — and runs on the server. Compressing on a remote pane used to fail with "no such file"; the archive is now built on the server itself over your existing
connection, with the job visible in the Activity panel.
• Deleting a stubborn remote folder tries harder — and names the culprit. The app now fixes blocking permissions and retries once, and if it still fails, the error tells you exactly which file
refused instead of a blanket "permission denied".
FIXES
• Refreshing a pane keeps your selection on the same files, even when rows are added or removed by the refresh.
• Activity panel progress bars actually move as operations run, and ⌘W now closes the panel instead of closing a tab in the main window behind it.
• The Preview Panel's hex view no longer sticks: viewing one binary file used to lock every following file — PDFs included — into a hex dump. Hex is now a per-file choice.
• The Preview Panel shows the right info for remote and archive files instead of a "folder doesn't exist" error — name, size, path, date, and permissions straight from the server.
• Long values in the Preview Panel no longer get cut off; file paths now wrap to the panel's real width.
• Device names in the sidebar stay on one line instead of wrapping. (Thanks for the report!)
1.4.15 Aug 4
NEW
• The Norton Commander theme is now the real Norton Commander. Compared side by side with the 1989 original: black function-key bar with teal label blocks,
DOS-yellow column titles in a genuine bitmap font, double-line pane frames, the current file's name, size, and date on an info line at the bottom of each pane,
and the path sitting in the top border — highlighted on the active pane.
• Midnight Commander got the same treatment. Its own conventions, not Norton's: terminal blue with light-gray single-line frames, cyan cursor bar with black
text, yellow marked files, and the path at the left of the frame.
• New retro effect: DOS Resolution. Settings > Retro Effects gains a switch that blows the retro themes up to VGA 80×25 proportions — big chunky glyphs, the
full-screen DOS feeling on a modern Mac. Names that don't fit end in ".." — just like the old days.
• The F1 shortcuts panel now shows everything. It used to list only the rebindable actions; now it also reads the menu bar live — Quick Open, the
sidebar/preview/Dropstack toggles, view modes, Empty Trash and friends all appear, grouped by menu, and every shortcut reflects your own bindings.
CHANGED
• Tab switching is now Shift+Cmd+] and Shift+Cmd+[. The documented Cmd+]/Cmd+[ never actually worked — Back and Forward own those keys and always won. We've
adopted the Safari convention instead; plain brackets stay Back/Forward, and any custom tab bindings you've saved are untouched.
FIXED
• "Show hidden files by default" now applies at launch. The setting saved correctly but nothing read it when the panes were built — panes always started with
hidden files hidden.
• Dragging several files to another app now delivers all of them — previously only the file under the mouse made the trip.
• File names containing a line break stay on one line, Finder-style, in every view.
1.4.14 Jul 29
Big copies that start instantly and survive stubborn files, a command palette that speaks Git, and tips that finally know your shortcuts.
NEW
• Git, straight from the command palette. Press ⌘P and type "git" — Git Status Panel, Stage, Unstage, Show Diff, and Commit are all there, acting on your
selected files or the file under the cursor.
• The active-pane border is yours to style. Settings > Appearance now has an Active Pane Border row: pick a width from hidden to 4 px, choose any color, or snap
back to the theme's accent with one click.
• A much smarter Tip of the Day. Dozens of new tips covering visual mode, chords, themes, retro effects, share links, hex preview, and more. Better still, tips
now show your shortcuts: rebind a key and every tip that mentions it updates to match.
FIXED
• Copies and moves start when you say so. Preparing a big copy used to scan the whole folder tree up to three times before the first byte moved — on a slow
external drive the panel could sit frozen for minutes. It's now a single pass with a live "Calculating copy size…" counter, and Cancel works even during the
scan.
• One unreadable file no longer sinks the whole copy. A single locked or damaged entry used to abort a move of thousands of files — and the cleanup could throw
away gigabytes of already-copied work. Unreadable entries are now skipped and reported at the end, finished work stays put, and a move keeps your originals
whenever anything was skipped.
• The move counter tells the truth. Moving files to another volume or a remote connection now counts every file as it lands instead of sitting on "0/1 files".
• Quick Open, polished. The search text no longer clips at the top of the field, the window buttons no longer collide with it, and clicking anywhere outside
dismisses the palette.
1.4.13 Jul 28
A fresh coat of paint you asked for: pick Light or Dark mode yourself, and meet Bridge — the theme from our website, now inside the app.
NEW
• Choose Light or Dark mode. Settings > Appearance now has an Appearance switch — Match System, Light, or Dark. Run the app dark while your Mac
is light, or the other way round. Themes with a fixed look (Paper, Bridge, Norton, Midnight) keep their own mode, as they should.
• New theme: Bridge. The deep-navy look from our website, recreated pixel-for-pixel — dark blue panes, blue and purple accents, amber folder
markers, function keys in accent blue, and the JetBrains Mono typeface now ships inside the app so it looks right on every Mac.
• Your sort order survives a restart. Sort Downloads by Date Added, quit, relaunch — it's still sorted by Date Added. Each pane remembers its
own sort column and direction.
• Folders at the bottom, if that's your style. The "keep folders on top" checkbox in Settings > General is now a three-way choice: Keep on top
(classic), Mix with files, or Keep at bottom — files first, folders grouped below.
FIXED
• The progress bar moves when you move. Moving files across volumes used to show a dead progress bar until everything finished. It now tracks
every file as it lands.
• Cancel means now. Cancelling a copy or move used to let the current file finish first — annoying halfway through a 40 GB video. Cancel now
stops mid-file and cleans up the half-written file.
• Big fonts, columns that fit. At larger list font sizes the Size, Date, and Permissions columns were cut off. Column widths now grow with the
font.
• Theme list stays complete. Clicking Reload in Settings > Appearance quietly dropped Norton Commander and Midnight Commander from the theme
list until the next launch. They stay put now.
1.4.12 Jul 25
This update rescues copy speed for iCloud Drive users and continues turning your feedback into fixes.
• Copying from iCloud Drive no longer crawls. Files that macOS had offloaded to iCloud used to download one at a time in the middle of the copy
— a folder of thousands of small files could look frozen. The app now spots offloaded files up front, downloads them together with a clear,
cancellable "Downloading X of Y files from iCloud…" phase, then copies at full speed.
• Folder copies now show real progress. The file counter, byte totals, and progress bar advance with every file that lands, instead of sitting
at 0/N until the end.
• Your custom keyboard shortcuts now work in the sidebar — like the Emacs preset's ⌃N/⌃P — instead of falling through to the file pane behind
it.
• You can see when the sidebar has focus: the focused area gets the accent border, and the active pane's border dims.
• Folders you've given a custom icon in Finder now show that icon in the list and icon views.
1.4.11 Jul 18
Your feedback turned into fixes — this one is all about renaming, columns, and living mouse-free.
NEW
• SFTP connections can start in your folder. The connection dialog has a new Initial Path field, so connecting drops you straight into the directory you care about. Saved connections remember it.
• Choose where each pane starts. Settings → General now lets the left and right panes each open at your last session's tabs, your home folder, or any folder you pick.
• A warning before you change a file's extension. Rename notes.txt to notes.md and the app now asks first, Finder-style — keep the old extension or use the new one. You can switch the warning off in Settings → General.
• Browse the sidebar without the mouse. Press ⌘0 to focus the sidebar, move with the arrow keys or j/k, open the highlighted item with Return, and hop back to your files with Escape or Tab.
• The icon column is now optional. Right-click a column header and untick Icon for a cleaner, text-only list.
FIXED
• Your column layout now sticks. Columns you resize, reorder, or show/hide no longer reset when you quit and reopen the app — and changes now apply to both panes at once.
• Every column now sorts. Clicking the Location, Permissions, Owner, Group, or Git column headers now sorts the list.
• Renaming starts where you'd expect. The rename dialog opens with the name field focused and the filename (minus its extension) preselected. Select All inside the dialog now selects the text, not the files behind it, and very long names scroll on one line instead of wrapping.
• Tidier parent folder row. The [..] entry no longer shows "]" in the Ext column.
1.4.10 Jul 11
## [1.4.9] - 2026-07-06
A big catch-up release for the App Store edition: everything from 1.4.8.1 through 1.4.9, adapted for the sandbox.
### Added
- **Emacs keyboard layout.** Settings → Keyboard Shortcuts has a new Emacs preset: move with ⌃P/⌃N, go up a folder with ⌃B, open with ⌃F, cut/copy/paste with ⌃W/⌥W/⌃Y, search with ⌃S/⌃R, set the mark with ⌃Space, and cancel anything with ⌃G. Classic ⌃X chords work too — ⌃X ⌃F to go to a path, ⌃X K to close a tab, ⌃X O to switch panes.
- **Search subfolders from Quick Search.** Quick Search (⌘F) now has a "Search subfolders" option, so you can find files anywhere beneath the current folder without opening each folder by hand.
- **Search inside PDFs.** Full Search (⇧⌘F) content searches now look inside PDF files as well.
- **Sort by Date Added.** A new Date Added column sorts files by when they landed in the folder — handy for Downloads. Right-click the column header to show it.
- **Follow your terminal.** Help → Follow Terminal Directory… gives you a small shell snippet that makes the active pane follow your terminal's current directory as you `cd` around — without stealing focus.
- **Send a diagnostic log.** Help → "Send Diagnostic Log to Developer…" packages a redacted log and gives you a reference ID, making it easier to report tricky issues.
- **Free space everywhere.** External drives and network shares now show their available space in the sidebar, not just your internal disk.
- **Thumbnails in Icon view.** Image files show real thumbnails in Icon view instead of generic type icons.
- **Trash in the sidebar.** The Trash now opens in Finder, where Put Back and Empty Trash are available.
### Fixed
- **Regex search crash.** Searching with "Regular expression" enabled no longer crashes the app.
- **Accented-text search crash.** Content search no longer crashes on files where the search term matches text with certain accented or non-Latin characters.
- **Copying and moving to network shares.** Copying or moving files onto an SMB or AFP share no longer fails partway or leaves an empty file behind when the server rejects copied permissions.
- **Reconnecting to a mounted share.** Connecting to an SMB share that's already mounted now reuses the existing mount instead of reporting an error.
- **Permanent-delete warnings.** Deleting from a network share or other location without a Trash now always warns you first, since those deletes can't be undone.
- **Sidebar bookmark reordering.** Dragging bookmarks to reorder them no longer crashes the app.
- **Settings window.** The window is wider so all tab titles fit.
1.4.9 Jul 6
ADDED
CONFIGURABLE SIDEBAR. Choose which sections appear in the sidebar — Devices, Bookmarks, Recent Folders, and Tags — and hide the ones you don’t use.
COPY PATH FROM THE BREADCRUMB. Right-click any segment in the breadcrumb path bar to copy that folder’s full path to the clipboard.
MULTI-KEY CHORD SHORTCUTS. Keyboard shortcuts can now be sequences of keys (chords), not just single combinations.
FIXED
MOVING FILES BETWEEN VOLUMES. Moving files across volumes — for example to or from a mounted SMB share — now completes reliably instead of failing partway through.
1.4.8 Jun 24
Keyboard shortcuts, your way
• Settings › Keyboard Shortcuts now actually drives the app. Pick a layout
preset — Orthodox, macOS, or Vim — and it takes effect everywhere.
• Rebind any action: Record to replace a shortcut, Add to give an action a
second key, or Remove to drop one.
• The Vim preset's "dd" now deletes the selected files.
Smoother file list
• Folders update on their own when another app adds, removes, or renames
files — no need to refresh.
• Steadier file icons — no more flicker or size jitter as you move the
selection.
• Click anywhere in a pane to make it active.
File operations
• Copying a file now preserves its original modified date and permissions.
Quality of life
• New "Keep folders on top when sorting" toggle in Settings › General.
• The sidebar remembers the width you set, across launches.
• ⌘W now closes the window you're looking at, not just a tab.
1.4.7 Jun 19
Copying lots of files from an external drive no longer freezes the app. Hitting F5 on a folder with tens of
thousands of files used to lock Captain's Deck up for several minutes before the copy actually started —
long enough on Macs with less RAM that the whole machine would slow to a crawl and look like the app was
leaking memory. Now F5 brings up the copy dialog right away with "Calculating copy size…" while it counts,
and the rest of the app stays interactive throughout.
1.4.6 May 22
Version 1.4.5
NEW
- Paper theme: a light, paper-inspired theme alongside Modern and Norton, with a warm cream background and ink-black text.
- Custom themes via JSON: drop a theme file into ~/Library/Application Support/CaptainsDeck/Themes/ and it loads on launch. Settings, Appearance now has Themes Folder and Reload buttons.
- Saved searches: save Cmd+Shift+F searches and re-run them from the sidebar. Right-click to remove.
- Keyboard preset profiles: Settings, Keyboard Shortcuts now offers Orthodox, macOS, or Vim layouts in one click.
- Folder size modes: Off, On hover, or Always, in Settings, General.
- Restore tabs on relaunch: local tabs reopen after restart. On by default.
- AWS profile picker on the S3 dialog: reads ~/.aws/credentials and pre-fills access key, secret key, and region.
- S3 share links: right-click an object and choose Create Share Link, with 1h, 6h, 24h, or 7d expiry.
- Bandwidth throttle for local copies: in Settings, General, capped between 1 and 250 MB/s.
- Visual diff hunk merge keys: dedicated keys to adopt the right or left side of a hunk, and Save Merged writes back atomically.
- F4 honours per-extension editor overrides: configure .md to open in iA Writer, .swift in Xcode, and so on via External Tools.
- About the App Store Edition (Help menu): lists which features the sandbox does not allow and which built-in macOS app to use instead.
FIXED
- Purchase and Restore failures actually surface. StoreKit errors used to do nothing visible; they now show a clear alert. The paywall also stops showing a hardcoded 19.99 EUR before the App Store call returns.
- Pressing the embedded-terminal shortcut now explains itself. The backtick key was silently swallowed in the App Store version; it now points to macOS Terminal.app.
- [..] puts the cursor on the directory you came from: pressing Enter twice from a child folder takes you back where you started.
- Shift+Down marks exactly one file, and re-pressing un-marks rows that are already marked.
- F3 file viewer: ESC works, and image and PDF previews render inline. No more dual Preview.app windows; focus stays in the lister.
- Sidebar and Preview match the active theme. Vibrancy and scroll-view layering were reworked so dark themes do not bleed system-light through Paper, and vice versa.
- Streaming directory listings no longer drop entries.
- Workspaces persist remote connections. A workspace built with SFTP, FTP, S3, or WebDAV panes now restores the right provider and reconnects, instead of degrading to two empty local panes.
1.4.5 May 5
New
• Copy / Move to Other Pane in the right-click menu (F5 / F6).
• Colored badge in the pane header showing the connection type on remote panes (SFTP, FTP, S3,
etc.).
Improved
• File copy/move progress dialog now shows elapsed time and transfer speed, and keeps animating on
slow SFTP uploads so it no longer appears frozen.
Fixed
• Cancel now actually cancels a copy/upload instead of letting it finish in the background.
• Cancel in the file-exists conflict dialog no longer falls through to overwrite.
• Cancelling mid-overwrite no longer deletes the file you were overwriting.
1.4.4 Apr 24
- Server-side archive extraction on SFTP. Right-click a .gz, .bz2, .tar, .zip, or .7z on a remote
pane and Extract Here runs the decompression on the server itself with parallel workers. Batches
of 40,000 files finish in minutes.
- Progressive SFTP directory listings. Large remote folders start rendering within a second
instead of sitting blank.
- SFTP reliability fixes. Listings no longer drop entries on refresh, copies from local to SFTP
always prompt before overwriting an existing file, and cross-host copy and move stage through the
correct path.
- SSH keys with a passphrase now connect. The password field doubles as a key passphrase when both
a key and a password are entered.
1.4.3 Apr 23
Extraction improvements:
• Fixed "Not an Archive" error when right-clicking an archive in the inactive pane — Extract Here now uses the file you actually clicked.
• Selecting multiple archives and right-clicking now shows "Extract N Archives Here" and extracts them all, instead of the menu item disappearing.
• Pressing Enter or double-clicking a .tar, .gz, .bz2, .tgz, or .7z file now extracts it in place, instead of handing off to macOS Archive Utility.
(ZIP and RAR still open for browsing as before.)
1.4.2 Apr 21
.gz and bz2 full support
added Extract option to right click contextual menu
1.4.1 Apr 19
Sync Browsing
Now uses relative path deltas instead of absolute paths, so it works correctly when one pane is local and the other is on an SSH/SFTP server (or any combination of different filesystems). Navigating into foo/bar on one side enters foo/bar on the other side, regardless of each pane's starting directory.
1.4.0 Apr 8
SFTP Improvements
- SSH Tunnel / Jump Host support for SFTP connections
- Test Connection button to verify connectivity before connecting
- Fixed Cmd+V/C/X not working in connection dialog text fields
SMB & NFS
- Guest access for SMB shares (no credentials required)
- Advanced mount options: soft mount, caching, encryption (SMB); protocol, timeout, interruptible (NFS)
- Freeform additional mount options field for custom flags
- Fixed remote paths incorrectly resolving against local macOS filesystem
Archive Improvements
- RAR extract support alongside ZIP, TAR, GZ, 7z
- Extract to current directory instead of creating a subdirectory
- Alert when attempting to extract a non-archive file
UI & Keyboard
- Active pane border highlight for all themes
- Fixed Cmd+Shift+A (Create Archive) being swallowed by Select All
- Removed accidental rename trigger on R key (use F2)
1.3.4 Mar 23
Password logins to SFTP servers work again, folder copies to and from servers are much faster with live progress, and security hardening.
