I feel a bit under qualified to be working with a running coach, but this is like having an expert coach in your pocket for a fraction of the cost.My favorite thing about Toga is how it’s rooted in the reality that most runners (honestly all athletes!) are working towards goals, but often also working through injuries or complications (like work travel, bad weather, or a tendon injury) - toga is the first coach I’ve used that truly accounts for my injuries and adapts to last minute complications (eg my kid is sick and home from school and I won’t be getting my run in today).I’ve run into a few quirks but have been super impressed at how responsive support has been. If you’ve got a race goal and want a coach that helps you push toward your goals (and also stay healthy!) - try Toga.

This is the best workout planning app I’ve ever used. I’ve been struggling with getting back into running since giving birth and I’m able to tailor my training to my rehab needs at 6 months postpartum. I went from running 2x per week with pain to a structured 4 day a week plan with no more pelvic floor pain in about 6 weeks. Toga asks me to check in on pain levels daily and also gives me physical therapy exercises with daily reminders that have helped accelerate me back into running. Highly recommend!!
