• Friendly daily practice reminders (can be turned off in Settings)
This update adds three features using new capabilities:
1. Microphone: used only for a "record and compare" speaking practice. The child records a word and plays it back on-device. Recordings are
temporary and deleted; nothing is stored, uploaded, or shared. No speech recognition is used.
2. Local notifications: an optional daily practice reminder, configurable and off-switchable in Settings. Purely local — no push notifications,
no accounts, no data collection.
3. Home screen widget: shows the word of the day; data is shared app-to-widget via an App Group, entirely on-device.
