A brand-new Area Calc. • Opens straight on your projects, as a list or as cards, with the customer and quote on every job. • A customer card on every project, with one-tap Call, Message, Email and Directions. • PDF estimates with your business name, in four colours (Pro). • iCloud sync across your devices, plus backup files you keep (Pro). • Project numbering that counts up for you, like INV2738 (Pro). • Notes on every job, and select several projects to pin, duplicate or delete. • A redesigned section editor with quick sizes for every shape. • Second total in ft², m², in² or cm² as well as yards, acres and hectares. • Faster on launch for subscribers, plus many fixes.

Built for the bigger screens. On iPad and iPhone Duo your saved jobs now sit beside the one you are working on, so switching between takeoffs is a single tap instead of backing out and opening another. Also in this update: • A section's quantity is never changed behind your back. • Project recovery: a job saved by a newer version is restored, not dropped. • Clearer pricing on the upgrade screen, with the plan and price always in view. • Larger, clearer measurements and tidier cards throughout. • Fixes for export, section editing and VoiceOver.

Pin your most-used jobs to the top of Saved Projects, and duplicate or delete a project with a swipe. Deleting a project now asks first, so a full takeoff can't vanish on a mis-tap. Also in this update: • Restore Purchases now confirms the result in Settings. • Your chosen theme is never reset unexpectedly. • VoiceOver labels for price fields and Export. • Various fixes and refinements.

Important fixes for saved measurements and pricing. • FIXED: Switching your measurement unit no longer changes your price per unit. Previously, switching to in² could clear a saved rate or change a job total — your quote now stays exactly the same. • FIXED: Cancelling "Add Section" no longer leaves an empty 0 section behind. • FIXED: Deleting a section now asks first, so a mistaken tap can't remove a measurement. • FIXED: Decimal measurements now work correctly in every language, including those that use a comma as the decimal separator. • NEW: Area Calc now tells you when a newer version is available. • Better VoiceOver labels, larger tap targets, and support for Larger Text throughout.

Round shapes, and an important fix for switching units. • NEW: Circle and semicircle sections. Enter a single diameter for round patios, planters, pools, and flower beds. • FIXED: Changing your measurement unit now converts every saved project instead of re-reading the same numbers in the new unit. Switching to in² could previously zero out sections you had measured in centimetres — that no longer happens, and the app confirms on screen when it converts. • Your price per unit converts along with the measurements, so job totals stay the same.

Subtract areas, set your rate once, and measure land jobs. • NEW: Subtract from total — mark any section as a window, door, island, or cut-out and it comes off the total. Free for everyone. • NEW: Default price per unit in Settings, so your rate is already filled in on every new project. • NEW: Optional second total in square yards, acres, or hectares. Your main total never changes. • Exports now show every subtraction as its own line, so clients can see exactly what came off. • Fixed: the upgrade screen now tells you when plans can't be reached, instead of spinning forever. • Tidied up spacing in the section editor.
