QUESS translates this reaction using validated biofeedback principles. The answer appears in real time on your wearable or in the app, making visible what used to be diffuse or unconscious. The app then helps you interpret these insights and turn them into concrete next steps.
In the app, you receive personalized evaluations of your current state, exercises and prompts for everyday life, journaling and reflection tools, plus progress overviews. Gentle reminders support you along the way.
