Fluxforge Studio turns your Mac into a complete AI creative studio. Generate images and videos from text, retouch them, make them speak, train your own models, manage your library — all locally on your Apple Silicon, no remote server, no subscription.
FORGE AN IDEA
A creative workshop to explore your visual ideas. Describe your concept, drop in an image or audio, then iterate freely: variations, style changes, animation. Every step is filed in a Git-like tree — nothing is lost. Browse an interactive timeline; pick up any project again from your library.
STORYBOARD (BETA)
Chain short clips into a mini-film. Describe each shot, let the app generate the transitions between them, and get the final assembly in your library.
IMAGE GENERATION
Three Flux 2 models to choose from:
- Flux Klein (4B): fast, ~8 GB of memory
- Flux Klein (9B): balanced, ~16 GB of memory
- Flux Dev (32B): maximum quality, ~32 GB of memory
Set resolution, steps and guidance, add reference images, and enable prompt rewriting by a model that reads the image before it writes.
VIDEO GENERATION
Create videos from text or an image with LTX 2.5, up to 20 seconds. Clip length can be inferred from the action you describe. Add a generated soundtrack. Retake mode lets you select a passage and regenerate it.
LIPDUB — GIVE YOUR IMAGES A VOICE
Make any character speak. Drop in a video or a single photo, type your dialogue, pick a language and a voice — LipDub syncs the lips and the voice. Clone your own voice from an audio clip. Automatic translation between languages.
SPATIAL EDITING
Repaint any area of an image. Brush a mask, select with one click, or use depth-based selection. Extend your canvas in any direction, and reframe the scene from a new camera angle.
LoRA ADAPTERS
Import adapters from HuggingFace in one click. AI analysis detects activation keywords and optimal parameters. A full library with previews, filters and strength control. Works for image and video.
LoRA TRAINING
Create your own adapters inside the app. A step-by-step wizard guides you: image import, automatic captioning, training setup. Live progress with pause and resume.
RETOUCHING
Remove a background in one click, export transparent PNG. AI upscaling to raise resolution.
LIBRARY & EXPORT
Every creation in one organised gallery: search, filters, favourites, projects. Regenerate any past creation with every parameter restored. Export and import your library between Macs.
EXTERNAL DISK STORAGE
Models are heavy. Move them one by one to an external disk to free up your internal drive, then bring them back whenever you want. The app checks the disk when you add it and handles unplugging cleanly.
100% LOCAL & PRIVATE
No account. No data sent to a remote server. Every model runs on your Apple Silicon GPU. Your creations stay yours.
REQUIREMENTS
Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later), macOS 26.2 or newer. Only one model is loaded at a time — the queue handles swapping, so the sizes below never add up:
- 8 GB: Klein 4B image generation (Apache 2.0, commercial use allowed)
- 16 GB: adds Klein 9B for higher quality
- 24 GB: adds Flux Dev 32B for maximum quality
- 32 GB: adds LTX 2.5 video and speech synthesis for LipDub

What's new in version 3.2
• Storyboard (beta) — chain short clips into a mini-film, with generated transitions between shots and a final assembly in your library.
• LTX 2.5 video — new video model and text encoder. Clip length can now be inferred from the action you describe, up to 20 seconds.
• Storage locations — move a model or a LoRA to an external disk to free up your internal drive, and bring it back whenever you want. A wizard checks the disk when you add it, and unplugging it no longer causes surprises.
• Readable interface in macOS Light mode — fixes an issue reported by a user: with macOS set to Light, the interface became unreadable. Every theme now has a light variant, and appearance is configurable in Settings.
• Full French localization, plus a number of reliability fixes.
