• Optional fertility/ovulation view with an estimated ovulation window.
• Premium daily check-ins for pain, sleep, hunger, cravings, irritability, feelings, and notes.
• Insights that summarize trends and compare how you feel across cycle days.
• Exercise, sleep and food suggestions per phase.
• Premium reminders: check-in nudges, “period may start soon” alerts, and gentle “Did you know?” messages—with quiet hours.
Privacy, always:
• No account required.
• Your data stays on your device.
• Optional Apple Health integration: reads HRV (SDNN), resting heart rate, sleep data, age, and menstrual flow history—and can write period entries you log. You control permissions anytime.
