Mark the days that matter. Special days Add birthdays, anniversaries and other dates to a design, once or repeating. Show a design's special days as dots, underlines, icons or colored dates. Special days are now included in WidgeOne Premium. If you already have Premium, there is nothing more to buy. On your widgets too With Premium, Home Screen widgets that show a full month mark a design's special days. On iPhone and iPad, Today and This Week mark, in monochrome, the special days of the design you choose in Edit Widget, or none if that design was deleted. One switch to hide them Turn off Show Special Days to hide a design's special days in previews, new exports and widgets. Widgets only ever get the dates, never the names. Fit Choose Fit under Framing in the image editor to show the whole photo on a backdrop color, matched to the photo or picked by you. Fit is free. Widgets still fill with the photo. Editing a saved design Edit Design now closes with Done, and changes apply as you make them. French and German text Missing accents, umlauts and ligatures are fixed in about 100 places in French and German. Upgrade screen On iPhone and iPad the upgrade screen now shows the app icon, and at most text sizes it keeps the price and buy button in view. Your design library If WidgeOne can't read your saved designs, it now tells you so and keeps the damaged file on your device. Before, the gallery just opened empty with no explanation. Mac editor On Mac, Edit Design is now sized the same way whether you open it from the gallery or from a design's page.

Your week on the Lock Screen. New Lock Screen calendars Two new widgets for iPhone and iPad. Today shows the date; This Week shows the whole week with today marked. Both are part of Premium. They use the Lock Screen's own monochrome style and sit alongside your wallpaper. The right day, all day Calendar widgets no longer keep highlighting yesterday after midnight. Dark mode Automatic dark versions now generate as intended, and the preview matches what you export. First run in German and French The welcome and photo permission screens now fit at every text size, including the largest accessibility sizes, where the skip control could previously be pushed off screen.

Widgets that stay on time. Clock and calendar Your clock widgets now update right on the minute and stay accurate through the day. On iPad, the calendar widget no longer shows an empty frame. On Mac Widgets keep refreshing on their own. They no longer freeze or fall behind after the app has been open for several days. Dark mode Automatic dark versions of your wallpaper now dim the photo evenly instead of crushing the darker areas to black, so the picture still looks like yours after dark. Language and layout Spanish reads naturally throughout, with proper accents and punctuation. French and German labels in the wallpaper editor now fit on iPhone SE.
