Sunday helps you unplug from distractions on your phone, so you can feel connected with others, refreshed and good about not being on your phone for one day of the week.
Let Sunday help you claim back time offline.
Sunday helps you unplug from distractions on your phone, so you can feel connected with others, refreshed and positive about not being on your phone for one day of the week.
Ever felt addicted to phone? Spending more time looking into your screen than the whites of your loved one’s eyes? Like throwing your phone into the abyss? Us too. But try as we might; our phones enable us to lead our lives and we do everything on them.
Sunday was born out of finding a sustainable solution to that - distracting apps (that you choose) to be blocked for just one day of the week, helping you to get off your phone. You get three breaks (3 minutes each) to let you handle anything that needs your attention. Calls and texts still work (like an old brick phone). And if you really need an app frequently on Sundays, you can just choose to have it excluded from the block list.
You will receive a notification the night before letting you know your offline day is coming up.
Ready to join the screen free Sunday revolution? Let’s go!
