Strive is a real-time customer feedback platform aimed at transforming the service industry by recognizing and empowering customer-facing employees, known as "Strivers". The platform solves the issue of inefficient feedback loops that often focus on venues rather than individuals. Strive offers a frictionless, real-time, and transaction-verified feedback system. Customers ("Strivees") over the age of 13 can rate individual service employees in real-time. The platform includes a built-in rewards program to encourage customer participation. Merchants receive valuable, actionable data through a user-friendly web-based dashboard, which provides real-time feedback and performance data. With Strive, customers can quickly rate service by scanning their receipt and submitting feedback in seconds. Every rating helps businesses improve performance while enabling customers to earn rewards.Strive focuses on “Strivers”—frontline workers behind every customer interaction. Instead of rating venues, Strive highlights individual employee performance, helping businesses identify what drives customer satisfaction. Merchants get real-time analytics, and customers enjoy a rewarding experience.Key Features:
