Over the last few updates, this app has transformed from a backup tool into my primary way to use the service. For a long time, the mobile experience was hampered by a frustrating bug where images simply wouldn't render. I’d often see blank placeholders or infinite loading icons, forcing me to switch over to the web version whenever I needed to actually see my files or media.It was a stark contrast because the web version was always snappy and reliable, while the app felt like it was missing its core functionality. However, the development team clearly listened to the feedback! Since this recent patch, the image rendering is flawless. Photos and graphics load instantly, and the UI feels significantly more responsive.I’m now incredibly happy with the performance. The convenience of having the full experience right in my pocket. Im very thankful I have the subscription!

Can't cancel subscription on app

I can't cancel my subscription on app but it's odd i can "upgrade".. feels like a scam.

Cancelling should be as easy as upgrading - sorry it wasn't clear. In the app, open Settings, tap Subscription and cancel in the window that appears. You can also cancel via the App Store. If you subscribed on another platform, please cancel it there. Any trouble? Email help@use.ai.
