Take a break on your terms. Pause rules for a few minutes, an hour, or until tomorrow morning, then let Foki automatically get you back on track.
Does this sound familiar? You pick up your phone, and suddenly you're scrolling social media. Without even deciding to open it.
Foki helps you take back control. Block apps, set smart limits, and see exactly where your time is going.
——
BLOCK EVERYTHING IN ONE TAP
When you need to truly disconnect, Block All shields every distracting app at once, from social to games. Keep the few apps you still need on your allowlist, and Foki lets only those through. It's the fastest way into deep work, a study session, or a screen free evening.
——
BLOCK APPS YOUR WAY
Flexible rules that fit how you actually live:
• Block Now for instant focus the moment you need it, blocking everything or just the usual suspects
• Schedule Block to switch apps off automatically during the hours you set, everything or your selection
• Time Limit to cut an app off once you've hit your daily cap
• Open Limit to cap how many times you open an app each day, with a max length per session
• Scheduled Access to allow apps only during the hours you choose
——
TRACK YOUR REAL USAGE
The Insights tab reveals your true screen time, daily pickups, and which apps pull you back the most. Most people are surprised by what they find.
——
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No cloud. Nothing leaves your device. Foki runs entirely on Apple's Screen Time framework - it can't read your messages, passwords, or personal data.
——
Reclaim your time. Live with intention.

PAUSE, YOUR WAY
Taking a break is now more flexible. Pause a rule for 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or until tomorrow morning. Foki shows exactly when your pause ends and resumes your rule automatically.
We've also made smaller improvements throughout the app.
