The app tracks whether your pet is gaining, losing, or holding steady — across whatever units your vet uses and whatever units you prefer. All weight comparisons normalize to kilograms internally, so entries in pounds and kilograms coexist cleanly.
Beyond the weight log, Healthy Pet Tracker keeps everything in one place. Attach vet visit notes, milestone records, medication events, and grooming entries. Upload PDFs and images — lab results, discharge paperwork, anything you'd otherwise lose in a folder — and preview them without leaving the app. Breed insights surface species-specific weight context when you want it. And if you track more than one pet, each has its own profile, chart, and history.

This app has become an essential part of keeping tabs on my pets’ health. The weight tracking is beautifully designed and incredibly seamless to use, and the ability to export data is a huge plus. What really sets it apart is how well it handles different types of pets — I can track my dog and my small rodent in the same app, with smaller weight increments available for tiny animals. It also supports multiple pets without any hassle. The developer clearly cares about the product and is actively responsive to user feedback. Highly recommend for any pet owner!
