Before you scroll, pray. Quiet digital distractions and reconnect with God through guided prayer.
'Before You Scroll: Pray' helps you quiet the noise of the digital world and reconnect with God through prayer.
Social media and endless scrolling can easily take over our attention. 'Before You Scroll: Pray' gently invites you to pause, reflect, and spend a moment with God before returning to the apps that often distract us.
When you try to open selected apps, you are encouraged to take a moment to pray. Share what is on your heart, reflect on how you feel, and receive a guided prayer designed to help you reconnect with God. Instead of diving immediately into the noise of the digital world, take a small moment to breathe, reflect, and pray. Because sometimes, the most important thing we can do is pause and turn to God first.
How It Works:
• Choose the apps that most distract you
• When you open them, take a short moment to pray first
• Share how you feel and what you need from God
• Receive a guided prayer
• After your prayer, access your apps for a period of time
A small pause can make a meaningful difference in your day.
Features:
• Encourages daily moments with God
• Guided prayers based on how you feel
• A gentle pause before opening distracting apps
• Customizable prayer reminders
