Some photos you only need for a moment. The Wi-Fi password, where you parked, a boarding pass, a receipt. They land in your library and stay there forever.
Vanish is a camera for exactly those photos. You choose how long a photo should live — an hour, until tonight, until tomorrow, or until your meeting ends. Then it's gone. No reminder, no tidying up, nothing to remember.
HOW IT WORKS
• Take the photo, pick a time, done
• The ring around the shutter shows how long it lives
• It goes into the encrypted vault, not your photo library
• When the time is up, it deletes itself
• Photos and videos: switch to Video to record clips with sound. Recording starts only when you press the shutter and shows a recording indicator with the running time until you stop it. Vanish never records your screen.

Send any file up to 100 MB as an encrypted .vanish file — through any messenger, AirDrop or email. You set the conditions:
• Open by a set time; 1, 3, 5 or unlimited views
• Delete when the recipient leaves a place
• Prevent screenshots, or delete on screenshot
• Code on by default — you share it another way
• Received items open right after the code, with a watermark
Also new: document and ID scan (ID with both sides and a purpose note), notes, merge and split PDFs, redaction with suggestions and burned-in bars, one "Send" button.
ENCRYPTION THAT MEANS SOMETHING
Every capture is encrypted with AES-256-GCM. The key lives in your iPhone's Keychain and never leaves the device — not into a backup, not to us.
That is why Vanish syncs your presets and settings through iCloud but not the vault. What was encrypted on this device stays readable on this device.
Vanish contains no advertising and no analytics libraries. There are no accounts, no servers, no data collection.
