PrimeFit is your personal trainer in your pocket. It counts push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and squats, guides you through a training plan and shows your real progress. You train — PrimeFit takes care of the rest. AUTOMATIC REP COUNTING No counting in your head, no typing. Your phone recognises reps with the proximity, light or motion sensor — matched to the exercise: • push-ups — phone under your face, no touching • pull-ups — phone in your pocket or around your neck • sit-ups — phone on your chest • squats — phone in your hand, around your neck or in a pocket A short calibration remembers your range of motion, so incomplete reps don't count. After a workout you rate how it went — and the plan adapts. Your progress is never lost.
