more I tried a couple of other workout planner apps but none of them felt like they adjusted with my routines and progression. I wanted a simpler planning app that was easy to customize. This did it all and the free version had so many helpful features.

• Build flexible routines with supersets, repeated exercises and changes during your workout.
• Time planks, holds and carries, including separate left and right sides. Logged early stops keep your actual time and original target.
• Find exercises faster on Apple Watch with Recent, Browse A–Z and search.
• Spot rest controls more easily with the pinned gold timer. Add Set appears immediately, and workout inputs are clearer at larger text sizes.
• Review and correct imported exercise matches while keeping your recorded sets and measurements.
• Improved protection for saved routines and workout details, plus more consistent charts, records and weight-unit conversions.

Day mode.
FORGE now reads properly in light as well as dark. Every screen, card and label was rebuilt around one ground at two temperatures, so the app looks deliberate in a bright gym at 6am and not only at night.
Cardio.
Log runs, rides and rows beside your lifts. A live stopwatch for anything you time, calories from your actual effort, and cardio counted in your weekly totals.
A rest timer you can read from across the rack.
Focus fills the screen with the countdown, and the ring runs hot to cool as the rest winds down.
It remembers what you lift.
FORGE reads your top sets and offers the next weight. Take it or leave it. Tell it "always" and it stops asking.
Faster everywhere.
Today, the exercise list and the workout player stopped redrawing work nobody was reading. Switching tabs is immediate.
Also: a prompt when a session was left running, Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island, gold on every personal record, and a shorter path from install to your
first set.

3.7 Aug 26
This release is accuracy and reliability work — keeping the numbers you rely on correct, the moments you count on working, and the next-set intelligence more helpful.
- Your numbers stay consistent whether you train in pounds or kilograms. Calorie estimates, weight progression, personal records, your monthly recap, and progress charts all read correctly, even when your history mixes units — and switching units carries your plate and starting-weight settings with you.
- Today suggests the workout you're actually due for, not the one you just finished, and a clearer first workout makes it obvious where to log your first set.
- Preview suggested weights: see the weight FORGE would pick for your next set, drawn from your own history.
- Start training right away and import your Strong or Hevy history whenever you're ready — no need to have your export file in hand first.
- Personal-record badges now mark a genuine new best rather than every lift, so a trophy means something again.
- Starting a workout is more dependable: Add Exercise works mid-session, generated and saved-gym workouts open reliably, and warmup sets show the right weight and order.
- Your streak and workout count stay accurate after you delete a session.
- Apple Watch: the rest timer no longer freezes during a standalone workout, and a duplicate session no longer appears in your history.
- Larger tap targets, and a home-screen widget whose week follows your region.
