Still Here: Daily Check-In
A simple daily check-in
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Still Here is not therapy.
It’s not a journal.
It’s not social media.
Still Here is a simple daily check-in for people living alone.
Each day, you tap once to say:
“I’m still here.”
If you don’t check in for two consecutive days,
a trusted contact will be notified automatically —
so someone knows to check on you.
No pressure.
No constant messages.
Just a quiet signal that you’re okay — or that you might need support.
Emotional Support, when you need it
When you don’t know who else to reach out to,
Still Here offers a calm, private space to share how you’re feeling.
Not advice.
Not judgment.
Just a gentle presence when things feel heavy.
Designed for people who:
Live alone
Feel isolated or overwhelmed
Want someone to notice if something’s wrong
Prefer simplicity over social feeds
Still Here exists for one simple reason:
So that even on your quietest days,
someone knows you’re still here.
