YOUR NEXT WORKOUT, READY
Choose your goal, experience, training days, and session length. Preview your exercises, sets, suggested loads, and estimated workout time before you start. Save equipment profiles for the places you train.
A CLEAR TARGET FOR EACH LIFT
See suggested weights and reps informed by your recent performance. Follow warm-up guidance, record your sets and reps, and track how many reps you had left. Rest timers help you move through the session.
SEE WHAT MOVED FORWARD
Review lifts that improved, held steady, or established a starting point. Look back at personal records and lift history. Your logged training helps shape future progression and deload recommendations.
KEEP YOUR WORKOUT MOVING
Station busy? Choose an exercise swap that fits your available equipment and preferences. Adjust your session length and plan around the time you have.
CHECK IN BEFORE YOU TRAIN
Share how you slept, your energy, soreness, and available time. Optional Apple Health data can help fill in your readiness check-in. Review the information and keep control of your manual entries.
KEEP YOUR TRAINING IN VIEW
Return to saved workouts, review your training history, and follow completed sessions against your weekly goal. Resume an active workout when you return to the app.
FREE WORKOUTS AND FORGE PRO

1.0.21 Jun 11
Apple Health import is here.
Forge Strength AI can now use available Apple Health recovery data to help personalize your daily workout. After granting permission, the app can import signals like sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, steps, active energy, recent workouts, and body weight.
Your Daily Readiness check-in now shows what was imported and explains how your recovery signals may affect today’s suggested weights, reps, or training volume.
Manual check-in is still fully supported, so you can always adjust your sleep, energy, stress, soreness, injuries, limitations, and workout time yourself.
We also improved partial-data handling, Apple Health error states, and sleep import accuracy.
