Ostra: Voice Diary & Journal
AI journal & mood tracker
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Ostra is the voice diary that writes itself. Just talk about your day, a memory, or a feeling, and watch your words become something worth reading.
Let's face it, keeping a journal is hard work. You have to find the time, sit down, and type it all out.
Ostra changes that. You speak, and we handle the writing.
HOW IT WORKS
Tap the mic and speak freely. No prompts, no templates.
Choose your mode: clean transcription or AI-crafted narrative.
Your entry appears, polished, titled, and organized by day.
Journaling in seconds, not minutes.
AI STORY MODE
Your voice memos become real writing. Ostra captures your tone and context,
turning scattered thoughts into eloquent prose that sounds like you on your
best day.
CLEAN TRANSCRIPTION
Prefer accuracy? Get word-for-word transcripts, great for quick notes,
meeting recaps, or stream-of-consciousness dumps.
YOUR VOICE, YOUR STYLE
Choose a narrative personality: reflective, witty, poetic, or straight to
the point. Ostra adapts to how you naturally express yourself.
MOOD & MEMORIES
Every entry captures how you felt, not just what happened. Track your mood,
revisit the good moments, and reflect on your journey over time.
DAILY CHRONICLES
Every day gets its own title and summary. Browse your life like chapters in
a book.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Audio stays on your device. Text is encrypted. We can't read your entries, and we don't want to.
