- Resetting your password from the app now works: the email link opens a screen where you can set the new password. - New passwords follow the same rules as the web app, and authenticator users confirm with a code. - The floating recorder keeps the right time, and its pause and resume buttons work. - Browse meetings while recording without the recording pausing. - Clearer messages when a meeting wasn't recorded automatically. - Transcripts of finished meetings refresh when you return to them.

- German language support - Shared calendar recording controls for organisations - Organisation sign-in policies - You are signed out safely if your session is revoked - Clearer billing error messages and other fixes

Faster, more reliable transfers from your Sophea card. • WiFi transfer now finishes every recording in one go and closes cleanly, no more dropped connections or re-pairing. • New full-screen transfer view with clear steps, live progress and stats. • Clearer instructions for joining the card's network. • Tapping WiFi transfer when everything is already downloaded now just tells you so. • Smoother Card screen and small fixes.

• Your Sophea Card now has its own section in the More menu, making it easier to find. • After pairing a card, a short tip explains how to position it for the clearest recordings. • Diagnostic logs are now hidden by default. You can switch them back on in card settings if you need them when reporting a problem. • Notices you dismiss now stay dismissed after you reopen the app.

Fixes recordings and uploads that were transcribed as English even when Auto-detect was selected. Auto-detect now sends no fixed language, so Greek and other supported languages are recognised correctly, and uploads left on Auto-detect start transcribing reliably instead of silently failing. Also fixes the floating tab bar overlapping content at the bottom of several screens.

Fixes in this update: • Meeting details now show when a recording came from your Sophea Card. • Integrations, Account, Appearance, Referrals and Organisation screens scroll all the way to the last item. • Switching between Past, Today and Upcoming responds straight away instead of pausing first.

Sophea Card recording, start to finish. - Stopping a recording now takes you straight to its page, where the audio transfers from the card while you name it and choose a project. - Fixed: stopping a recording could open a different recording's page. - Fixed: downloaded recordings could disappear from the phone after a sync, or download again and again. - Fixed: Wi-Fi transfer stopped after the first file. - Sort your card recordings by date, name, size or status. - Free up space on your phone without removing anything from the card. - Recording timer fixes: it no longer shows the previous recording's elapsed time, or 0:00 after reopening the app.

What's new in 1.12.3 • Organisation sharing is fixed. If your account belongs to an enterprise organisation, project sharing now recognises it and the sharing control is available again. • Sharing respects your permissions. If a project was only shared with you to view, the control is now clearly unavailable instead of failing when used. • Settings show and save the right values. Preferences are read from and written to your live account, so a change made on the web appears here, and one made here appears on the web. • The auto-clean transcripts preference now saves correctly and is honoured when new meetings are processed. • The More tab opens your profile again, instead of returning to whichever settings screen you last visited. • Removed two settings that no longer did anything: the recorder display name and the account-wide transcription language. Language is still chosen per recording, and per meeting when reading a summary. • Smoother scrolling throughout: softer fades at the edges of long lists and the calendar, and a floating tab bar that content passes beneath.

• Full organization management — member roles, groups, invite links, and MFA reset • New admin console with usage analytics, consent settings, and storage integrations • Named authenticators and smoother two-factor verification prompts • Faster admin tab switching and assorted UI fixes
