WeOrda helps school transportation teams replace paper checklists with fast, simple mobile check-ins.
School bus drivers and aides complete daily vehicle, route, and student safety confirmations in about one minute — directly on their phone. Operators get clear, timestamped records without paperwork or chasing staff.
Key uses:
• Start-of-shift bus safety checks
• After-engine-start (warm-up) checks
• Route start and route completion confirmation
• Student boarding and drop-off confirmation (by adult staff)
• End-of-route bus empty confirmation
Designed for real-world use:
• Simple and fast for drivers and aides
• Clear records for operators and supervisors
• No location tracking
• No camera, audio, or microphone access
• Used only by authorized adult employees
WeOrda is built for daily operations — fast for workers, clear for operators.
