Version 1.2 Smart Auto-fill (Daily + Week Draft): generate staffing plans faster and skip days that are already scheduled. Conflict detection: warnings for unassigned shifts, overlapping shifts, and clopen (short rest) risk. Scheduling rules: configure clopen rest threshold (8/10/12 hours). Role eligibility controls: restrict which roles employees can be scheduled for. Reports + PDF export: view scheduled hours by employee or by role, and export to PDF.
