Like a lot of the reviews say, it does take you out of the app to subscribe and thus you cannot unsubscribe with the instructions provided in the app. (Can’t go through settings and subscriptions) However, when you use the provided customer service email (I used the feedback link or some of the responses on reviews have provided the email) they cancel it promptly when you give them your user ID and tell them the issue. Not a bad app, just need to rework that portion so you don’t get redirected and HAVE to contact customer service for cancellation. I received prompt service when I used it though, so just a minor inconvenience more than anything. And obviously try to cancel BEFORE the recharge date bc in the terms they tell you users can’t get a refund if you don’t cancel 24 hours beforehand.

The only reason why this app is getting a two star is because the videos are half with decent and entertaining that’s where the good compliments end. The first show that I watched that I came over from social media complicate with a bus it didn’t even have a complete ending in short and then I did not want to stay with the membership on the subscription trying to cancel that night, but it didn’t show up. I thought maybe it was taking a while so I waited until the following day still could not cancel still was not showing up in my subscriptions under my Apple ID because I was working I forgot about it for a little while, but it kept trying to come back and cancel it. I tried reaching out to the developer within the app under feedback however there is nothing to click on under there. Just fake links although it would cost you more in the long run I would rather buy the coins and get stuck in a subscription. I have reported this to Apple support and even then remote into my device so they can see that I’m not just another person trying to get their money back after forgetting they need to cancel.
Such a bummer.

Please be careful when getting this app. I only saw this one ad on TikTok and got hooked, so I got the app. It was just 3.99 for the weekly pass trial, so I got it. You can’t even cancel the subscription on Apple. I realized that the very second I paid. I’ve been trying to get in contact with their services. At first, they were cooperating; however, they kept repeating that they couldn’t find my email, even though the app is already connected to it. I continuously kept sending in the ID from the app, but nothing. Eventually, I guess they gave up, sending me back to the same old place over and over again with what they could help me with, until finally they just stopped responding. It’s frustrating, I’ve been trying to fix this problem for 3 hours now, and there's been no progress. Please don't do the same mistake as me when downloading this app. And I really wish they could add ways for me to cancel this subscription myself on the app store. If anyone can, please help me with this problem of mine immediately!! I don't want to pay for anything else from this app!

I subscribed myself a weekly package last week cause I liked they app and wanted to use the app for only that period of time. Yesterday I was charged with the renewal and I immediately sent an email to their service center to cancel my subscription so I won’t get charged again. Someone within 30 minutes contacted me and sent me the same email 3 times “we can’t find your account linked with the email you’re providing” which was a lie cause I sent the right information and even pictures of what they’re were asking for. They after I said that the information was correct, they just stopped responding and I sent another email asking for help which they haven’t bother to respond either. I’m really annoyed and mad that you have to literally contact someone to cancel a subscription and can’t do it yourself as in most subscriptions elsewhere. And all for them not to even bother the really resolve anything. If I get charge again next week for something I’m not even using I’ll literally require to do something more serious about that situation.
