Your AI coach builds your strength around the sports you actually do, then tracks every set so each plan builds on the last. Run, ride, ski, or just stay consistent.
Some people train so they can run better. Others train so they can keep showing up through travel, work, and a schedule that never holds still. Same goal: stay strong and capable. Let's Gooo is one coach for both.
You chat with your AI coach to build a strength plan that fits the sports you actually do, whether that's running, cycling, skiing, climbing, or hiking, and the time you really have. Then track every set, rep, and weight as you go. Connect your Apple Watch or Strava, and your runs and rides become part of the picture, not a separate app.
HOW IT WORKS
• Builds a plan that's yours alone, just by chatting, with no clunky forms
• Shapes it around your whole life from day one: your sports, your schedule, your injuries, so training fits instead of fighting it
• Tracks every session down to the last rep and builds on it: PRs, volume, and muscle-group balance
• Your plan's a conversation, not a contract. Tell your coach what changed and they reshape it
• Explains the why behind every suggestion ("try 190 lbs, you hit 185 with plenty left last time"), and you always have the final say
MORE THAN A LOGGER
• Progress charts that show whether you're actually getting stronger
• Stretching and mobility routines with timed audio cues
• Apple Health: pull body weight and workouts, get Activity-ring credit
• Offline-first: your stats compute on-device, and the AI is the layer on top
WHO IT'S FOR
• If your sport changes with the seasons, and your plan has to keep up
• If you know you need to stay strong and capable, but your life is too busy and unpredictable for a rigid program
Your data syncs privately across your devices. Your coach gives training guidance, not medical advice. Always train within your limits and consult a professional for medical concerns.
No two plans are alike. Let's Gooo!
Great app for training. The coaching feature/Carlos is super helpful whether you’re just getting back into the gym after time off or you’re already experienced. It’s also been great for prepping for ski season and for supporting injury recovery, with guidance that adapts to what my body actually needs.
Loving this new app

Beautiful interface that is intuitive to use! Love using natural language to have the AI coach design workouts and training plans for helps me focus on going to the gym and building good habits. It seems comprehensive and all things fitness/strength (including stretching)!
Great app

I have been trying to cobble something like this together by feeding my different workouts into generic AI. This is so much better. Nice work!
Brilliant!

Pulls in all my goals, activities, nutrition plan, etc and tailors workouts.
Bugs Fixed & Improvements
- Talking to your coach is now push-to-talk: hold the mic and let go to send, and during a workout hold a set's check mark to talk about that exact set. Voice starts the moment you press.
- You can stop your coach mid-answer. While they're working, the send button becomes Stop.
- Ask your coach for a program or a change, then leave the app. The answer is waiting when you come back. If the app closes while your plan is being built, the plan is waiting too.
- Bodyweight exercises like pull-ups and dips show BW instead of a blank weight, and "just bodyweight today" sticks. Tweaking a weighted pull-up's rest or reps no longer resets its weight suggestion.
- Your coach calls out how long your rest is when it starts, and gives you a heads-up before a lift you pushed hard on last time.
- Your daily card reflects what you told your coach in chat, and a mid-workout question gets an answer about that workout.
- Previous weights and PRs show up even when a lift was logged under one of its other names.
- New exercises: Standing Cable Row, Band Chest Fly, Band Hammer Curl, Band Rear Delt Fly, Dumbbell Deadlift, and Dumbbell Sumo Squat.
