Ask a free-text question and get an answer grounded in that same catalog, from brewing temperature to the difference between an oolong and a pu-erh.
Log each cup in your personal tea journal: which tea, how you brewed it, a rating, and the effects you noticed. Mix your own blends from the catalog and save them for next time.
