YieldVault shows restaurant kitchens and butcher shops what their food really costs, from the weight that arrives at the back door to the portions that leave the line.
Receive meat and other catch-weight products bag by bag. Record gross, tare and net weights, lots and use-by dates, and compare what arrived with the invoice. As each bag is broken down, log finished cuts, reusable trim and discarded weight separately, so yields and portion costs reflect what actually happened. Bone-in and boneless products stay distinct.
At the end of the day, Daily Counts reconciles opening stock, prepared portions, sales and physical closing counts. Unknown values stay blank until someone confirms them, closing variances need an explanation, and reopening a count keeps its earlier revisions.

Manual weight entry works without connected equipment, and YieldVault works alongside the spreadsheet you already keep.
Start with a free account, no purchase required. Pro and Enterprise monthly subscriptions remove the product limit and add CSV export and AI assistance; Enterprise adds JSON export. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Current prices and terms are shown in the app before you buy.

Ratings & Reviews
• Yields and waste now show each product's own unit, so ounces and pieces are no longer displayed as pounds.
• Dashboard charts and reports now follow your local day, and the dashboard charts share the same time ranges.
• Sign-in now matches your email address regardless of capitalization.
• Enterprise accounts can now link multiple stores, see combined totals across all of them, and invite people to view by email or a share code.
