A run now takes a pace, a ride takes a speed, and a swim takes a time per 100. The units follow your club's distance setting, so clubs on imperial units read miles and mph. ---- Watts, power zones, and heart rate zones: - You can also set a target in watts, or as a power zone from 1 to 7 or a heart rate zone from 1 to 5. Swim steps take a pace or a heart rate zone. Targets travel to Apple Watch with the rest of the session, and a zone arrives as a plain number, so each member's own watch settings decide what it asks of them. One session fits a whole group. ---- Emergency contact: - Members can add an emergency contact from their profile, under My information, and parents can add one for each family member they manage.
