Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Mochi HRMS brings your company's HRMS portal to your pocket. Built for Malaysian small and medium enterprises, it turns the everyday HR routine into a few quick taps, so employees and managers can stay on top of work from anywhere.
Sign in with the account your HR team creates on the web portal, and everything you need is one screen away.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Clock in and out with location
Location-based attendance keeps your records accurate and trustworthy.
See your schedule clearly
A calendar designed to be read at a glance brings together PDCA tasks, public holidays, meetings, leave and your clock-in history.
Handle requests in seconds
Apply for leave, submit expense claims, request overtime and file reconcile requests. Managers and HR approve them right from their own device.
Claim your mileage automatically
GPS tracking records the distance you travel so you can submit accurate mileage claims without keeping a manual log.
Stay in sync with your team
View the shifts assigned to you or your teammates, and send a reminder with a single tap.
Keep improvement work on track
Create, monitor and complete PDCA tasks so nothing slips.
Never miss what matters
Your inbox gathers company posts, colleague birthdays and notifications into tidy sections.
Know where you stand
Personal and team reports show attendance rate, leave taken, claims submitted and PDCA task completion rate.
GETTING STARTED
