Your own signature, on any PDF. Fill the form in its real fields, sign it, send it back — still fillable. One purchase, no account, nothing leaves your device.
Sign documents the way you actually sign them — with your own signature, on your iPhone, in seconds.
No account. No subscription. Nothing leaves your device unless you switch on iCloud sync.
Rental agreement, school form, consent slip, quote, notice of termination: open it, put your signature on it, send it back. The printer stays off.
SIGNING
• Draw your signature with a finger or Apple Pencil
• Or type it — four handwriting styles to pick from
• Or photograph a signature you already have and use it as a stamp
• Save signatures and reuse them (Pro)
• Place, drag and scale freely, several per page if a form asks for it
• Nothing is burned in: your signature stays a layer you can move or take off again
• Add a date stamp, checkmarks and text (Pro)
• Sign and send in one go
DEADLINES — the part signing apps leave out
• SignaScan reads the deadline out of the document
• One tap turns it into a reminder, 30 / 7 / 1 day ahead
• An overview of what is overdue, due soon and scheduled
• Export to Calendar or Reminders (Pro)
Invoice due dates, passport expiry, insurance cut-offs: you stop finding out too late.
SCANNING
• Document scan with automatic edge detection
• Import photos and PDFs
• Re-crop and correct perspective at any point
• Profiles for photo, document, contrast, greyscale and black & white
• Multi-page, no page limit
INTELLIGENCE, ON THE DEVICE
• Text recognition in a long list of languages
• Picks out document type, sender, amounts, IBANs and contacts
• Suggests a file name
• Full-text search across everything you scanned
ORDER AND SECURITY
• Folders, tags, search
• Pages and imported PDFs are protected by iOS Data Protection, metadata additionally encrypted
• App lock with Face ID or Touch ID
• Optional iCloud Drive sync through your own Apple ID (Pro)
• One-time purchase, no subscription, no account
Free covers unlimited documents, folders, tags and deadline reminders, plus 10 OCR pages and 5 analyses a month. Pro is bought once and lifts the limits, drops the export watermark and adds saved signatures and iCloud sync.
SignaScan produces a simple electronic signature for everyday paperwork — the kind you would otherwise print, sign and scan back in. It is not an identity or certification service.
One person builds this, in Germany. No ads, no tracking, no sign-up. The contact address is in the imprint and I read every message.

• Documents now open as documents: the full page, with Fill in, Sign and Share right below it
• PDF forms with real fields are filled in those fields — and stay fillable for whoever you send them to
• An optional profile fills in name, address and everything else you keep typing, encrypted on your device
• The scan check flags blur, glare and cut-off edges right away, and the analysis reads long documents to the end
• iCloud sync now carries originals across, respects the off switch and no longer loses changes made on a second device
• Fixed: setup at the largest text size, rotated pages on export, file names from Mail, German and Austrian IBANs
