your phone is full of things you stopped looking at years ago. sweep finds them in one scan: screenshots from 2023, six copies of the same selfie, videos you sat through once. you see every one of them before anything is deleted.
sweep is a photo cleaner that analyzes your library on the phone itself, so you can clean up phone storage without the guesswork. it lays out what is taking up room: similar photos and screenshots, blurry shots, large videos and screen recordings. every number comes from a real measurement, and where we can only estimate, the word "about" sits in front of it.
delete duplicate photos without the endless tapping. sweep recognizes the same shot taken six times and hands you one card per group, with the sharpest already picked. swipe right and the extras go, swipe left and they all stay. or open the group and go photo by photo, full screen, before anything moves.
nothing happens behind your back. everything you pick lands in sweep's bin first. you look through it, put back whatever you want to keep, and only then tap delete. after that, photos holds the files in "recently deleted" for 30 days, the way ios always has, so you free up space on iphone the moment you empty that album. sweep shows you the way there, and the way back if one went by mistake.
the storage map draws your phone to scale: photos, videos, other and free. photo sizes are estimates, because that is the best ios will give, and the app says so instead of inventing a number. nothing here promises to clear a cache, free memory or delete junk files: no app on ios can reach any of that, so sweep does not claim to.
