Signal & Support

Neurodivergent Self-Check-In

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

A quiet check-in for autistic adults. Read your own signals before burnout reads them for you. A quiet check-in for autistic adults. Two minutes to read your own signals before burnout reads them for you. Signal & Support guides you through a brief self-assessment across six domains — physiological state, cognitive function, emotional regulation, social capacity, behavioral patterns, and sensory experience. Each check-in compares how you're doing today to your personal baseline, not to a clinical norm and not to other users. Results describe where you are in this moment. What you do with that information is up to you. When a check-in suggests that extra support might help, the app can generate a message you can send to a trusted person — so asking for help doesn't require explaining everything in real time, when explaining is the hardest part. Who it's for Autistic adults and neurodivergent professionals who want a structured way to notice early overload signals before they compound. People who have tried to track their own patterns with a notes app and needed something more designed. Therapists and coaches who want a self-reporting companion for clients between sessions. Signal & Support is not a clinical tool. It's not a diagnostic instrument. It's not a crisis line, a monitoring service, or a replacement for therapy or professional care. When what you need is bigger than a check-in, the humans in your life and trained professionals are the right fit. Resources are always available in Settings → Resources. How your data is handled Your check-ins are stored only on your device. They're never sent to a server, never linked to your Apple ID, and never shared with anyone. No account needed. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. Export everything from Settings at any time, or delete it all in one tap. What's not in the app, on purpose No streaks. No gamification. No sharing prompts. No diagnostic claims. No crisis detection. No "how are you feeling?" pressure at launch.

  • This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

New in this version: Signal Trends — a new screen that shows your patterns one area at a time, so you can see how each domain has moved across your recent check-ins. Note to Future Self — leave a short note and it'll be waiting for you the next time you open the app. Reaching out is clearer now. When you text your safe person, the app sends a calm, easy-to-read check-in card. Your Home screen shows more of your last check-in at a glance, and exporting your history is now easier to find in Settings. As always: on-device, no account needed, no analytics. Your data is yours.
