For managers and onsite leads
• View the schedule by week or month, by project or by person
• See who’s working — assignees, roles, dates, and times at a glance
• Contact crew instantly — tap to call or email from shift and crew views
• On iPad, focus on one or more projects and use the timeline to see shifts and crew for those jobs
• Check qualifications and expiry dates so you know who’s certified for the job
Site paperwork (iPad)
• Run toolbox talks and SWMS acknowledgements on site
• Fill the checklist, collect signatures, and finalise the session
• Works offline — sessions upload and the PDF is generated when the iPad is back online
For crew
• See your shifts and your schedule in one place
• Accept or decline shifts (and add a note when you decline)
• Bulk accept or decline when you have multiple shift requests
• Add and edit unavailability (time off, leave, or partial unavailability) so managers can plan around it
Stay in the loop
• Push notifications for new shifts, assignments, changes, cancellations, and when someone accepts or declines
• Apple Watch — view your upcoming shifts and details on your wrist
• Widgets — see your next shifts from the Home Screen • Live Activities — optional live shift updates on the Lock Screen
• CarPlay — check today’s and upcoming shifts while you’re on the road
