Point your camera and hear what is around you, with possible hazards first. Read printed text aloud. SOS alerts your emergency contact and is free for everyone. Beamfy is an AI vision assistant for blind and low-vision people. Point your iPhone camera, tap once, and Beamfy tells you out loud what is in front of you. DESCRIBE YOUR SURROUNDINGS Take a photo and hear a spoken description of the scene. Beamfy mentions possible hazards first, such as steps, traffic or objects in the way, and tells you when it is not sure. Choose brief, normal or detailed descriptions. READ PRINTED TEXT ALOUD Point the camera at a letter, sign, menu or label in the Read tab. Beamfy reads the text exactly as it is written. Ask for a translation when you need one. IDENTIFY PRODUCTS AND PACKAGING Use Scan to hear what a product is from its packaging and label. HEAR A WALKING ROUTE, STEP BY STEP Say or type where you want to go. Beamfy finds the place and reads you the walking route one step at a time. It is a route preview: you move between the steps yourself, and Beamfy does not follow your position during the walk or detect obstacles. SOS FOR YOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT Save an emergency contact in Settings. When you press SOS, a 10-second countdown starts, and one tap on Cancel stops it. Then Beamfy texts your contact your location and tells you whether the text was sent. Beamfy does not contact emergency services itself, but it offers a button to call your local emergency number. SOS is free for everyone and never needs a subscription. WORKS WITH VOICEOVER Buttons are labeled for VoiceOver and every result is spoken, so you can use Beamfy without looking at the screen. Set the speaking rate and the level of detail, and turn on high contrast or large text in Settings. YOUR LANGUAGE The interface and the AI answers are available in 74 languages. Speech uses the voices installed on your iPhone. PRIVACY Beamfy does not store your photos. Each photo is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider only to create your answer. Details are in our privacy policy. FREE AND PREMIUM After you sign up you get 7 days of full access. After that, you can use 5 AI descriptions or text readings per day for free. Beamfy Premium, a monthly or yearly subscription, removes the daily limit for normal personal use (fair-use limits apply). SOS is always free. A NOTE ON SAFETY Beamfy is a helper, not a mobility aid. AI descriptions can be wrong or incomplete, so keep using the mobility tools and skills you rely on.
