Your settings and shift presets now follow you across iPhones. Shifts show their hours everywhere, and a slow load shows a placeholder instead of an empty screen. Clearer messages when a save or delete cannot go through. Account deletion is more reliable, including offline. Plus layout fixes for the newest iPhones.

Under-the-hood work to keep your shifts safe and make iCloud backup more reliable, plus fixes to saving shifts and smaller photo uploads.

• Faster with a lot of shifts. Home, Calendar, and Stats open quicker and scroll smoothly, even with years of history. All Time stats that used to take several seconds now load almost instantly. • New currencies: South African Rand and Australian Dollar. Switch in More > Currency. • The Jobs list and job pages no longer stutter when you scroll. • Stats remembers where you were when you switch tabs and come back. • Exporting your shifts is quicker and lighter on your phone's storage. • Fixed: a shift logged in the last second before midnight could be missed from that day's total. Day and month totals are also now correct in regions where the clocks change at midnight. • Changes made on another device now show up on Home and Calendar as soon as they sync. • Small fixes and polish.

Sturdier upgrade screen: prices always match the App Store exactly, clearer loading on slow connections, and better VoiceOver support. Plus small fixes and polish.

• Just track tips? You can now set hours to "None". No more forced 15 minutes. • New shifts start from your last entry for that job. Your usual hours or start and end times are already filled in. • Your hourly rate is now calculated only from shifts where you tracked hours, so shifts without hours can't skew it. • You can now save a break on a shift without hours. • Fixed: getting interrupted by a photo permission prompt could change the hours on your entry. • Small polish: shifts without hours now show 0h consistently everywhere.

We ask for a rating a lot less often now, and never right after a rough shift
