You can now reset your streak. If you broke no contact, tap Reset Streak at the bottom of the Today screen to start your count again. Your past streaks stay in Streak History.

The no-contact tracker and SOS button are now free for everyone. The journal, cards and insights are still one payment, not a subscription. Unsent Letters and the Healing Timeline are now in the Insights tab. The app also now always uses its light theme, so text stays readable when your iPhone is in dark mode.

This update fixes an important purchase issue. • Fixed a bug where the premium unlock could stop being recognized after restarting the app • Your unlock now stays in place — across restarts, offline use, and even reinstalls • Restore Purchases now works reliably, with clearer guidance when something's wrong If you purchased premium and were ever asked to pay again, I'm truly sorry - email thewellfrogproject@gmail.com and I'll make it right.

Quieter, clearer, kinder. We polished the wording throughout, and we now only ask how you're doing after a real win — never mid-flow. Thank you for being here.

Small improvements to the Restore Purchase flow.

A new way to start. Instead of a generic intro, the app now begins with a personalized intake — short questions that tailor your toolkit to where you are, when the urge hits hardest, and what healing looks like for you. You'll finish with a note based on your day count and what you're navigating. INSIGHTS HUB (new) • Attachment Style Quiz — Anxious, avoidant, fearful-avoidant, or secure? Take the quiz to see your pattern. Retake any time. • Pattern Assessment — Were you the pursuer or the distancer? Naming the dynamic is the first step. • Learn Library — 12 articles on why breakups hurt the way they do, what grief does to your brain, and how attachment patterns repeat. JOURNAL UPGRADES Mood indicators are now weather symbols (cloud-to-sun spectrum) — easier to scan at a glance, and they visualize your healing arc as it unfolds. EVERYTHING ELSE Polished onboarding. Cleaner streak dashboard. Better empty states. Improved performance throughout. PRICING NOTE Letting Go Journal is now $19.99 one-time. No subscription, no ads, no analytics — same privacy promise as always. If you've used a previous version, your access carries over automatically. You won't be asked to pay again. Thank you for being an early supporter — this app exists because of you. Built by someone who's been there.
