BackDesk is the employee management app for Golden Airport Travel Agency — one of two connected apps. This app is used exclusively by our staff to manage daily operations, while the companion customer app allows travelers to browse packages and place bookings.
How it works:
Travel agencies and partners provide us with their offers. Our team at Golden Airport publishes these as travel packages through BackDesk. Millions of travelers discover and book these packages through the customer app. Our staff then processes, tracks, and fulfills each booking — acting as the bridge between the traveler and the travel provider.

BackDesk هو تطبيق الموظفين الخاص بمكتب المطار الذهبي للسياحة والسفر — وهو واحد من تطبيقين مترابطين. هذا التطبيق يستخدمه فريق العمل حصرياً لإدارة العمليات اليومية، بينما تطبيق العملاء المرافق يتيح للمسافرين تصفّح الباقات وتقديم الحجوزات.
آلية العمل:
تقدّم لنا مكاتب السفر والشركاء عروضهم، ويقوم فريقنا في المطار الذهبي بنشرها كباقات سفر عبر BackDesk. يكتشف ملايين المسافرين هذه الباقات ويحجزونها من تطبيق العملاء. ثم يستلم فريقنا كل حجز ويتابعه وينفّذه — لنكون حلقة الوصل بين المسافر ومكتب السياحة.
