Version 2.5 is a significant update focused on customization, reporting, and a new freemium model. Leadership Notes is now free for up to three team members. A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited members and advanced features. Redesigned PDF reports Export reports now use a clean, modern layout that matches the look of the app. Headers, categories, and entry details are clearly structured and easy to read. Report preview The in-app report preview now matches the exported PDF exactly, so what you see is what you get before you share. Edit team member names You can now edit a team member's name directly from their detail view. Settings improvements Duration Max and Follow-Up Options cards are now collapsible, keeping the settings screen clean until you need them. Navigation update The settings gear icon now appears directly in the top navigation bar for faster access.
