AN HONEST COACH
Log your weight by telling the coach and set a goal to lose, maintain, or gain. The coach compares each day against your own recent average and tells you straight how you're doing.

PRIVACY
No account required. Your workouts, meals, and weigh-ins are stored on your device. When you use the AI features, what you type is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply.
