Calling inside Manhattin is more dependable. When you answer a call you now hear the other person right away, and sound comes back after you take a call off hold. When the other person hangs up, the call simply ends, and any problem with a call is explained in plain words in your language. Residents can reach the front desk from the app, and managers can set up which staff ring for each desk. Staff can clock in at a desk phone, and a manager can approve the phone someone clocks in from. Doors: concierge staff can open a door from their phone, a door held open shows a countdown, and the app waits for the door to confirm before saying it opened. Packages now record who actually collected them, and the package photo button works again. Residents also get a loyalty screen, and many smaller screens that would not load have been fixed.
