What's new in this release:
EVENTS — A FRESHER, RICHER EXPERIENCE
• Tap any event to see a beautifully redesigned detail view with hero image, full description, speakers, and attendee list (names + avatars)
• Brand-new Share sheet on every event card — share via Messages, Mail, or AirDrop, post to the in-app feed, send directly to a connection, or copy the link
• Shared event links render a beautiful preview card in iMessage, Slack, and WhatsApp, with a deep link straight back into the app (or App Store if the recipient doesn't have it yet)
• "Add to my calendar" — adds the event to your iPhone Calendar via the native iOS sheet, branded as "SMPHR Connect — [event name]"
• Curated 2026 calendar of HR networking events with original artwork for happy hours, holiday celebrations, and the new Mentorship Midcycle Mixer
MEETING SCHEDULING
• Schedule meetings or run polls, then tap a small icon to browse all directory members for invitees (member list now hides by default for a cleaner workflow)
• Polls now have a dedicated Results modal: leaderboard, voter avatars, "Nudge" voters, Smart Finalize toggle, and Cancel poll
• Finalizing a poll routes through the meeting confirmation card so you can edit details before the meeting goes live
• Editing from a poll keeps title, type, date, attendees, and location pre-populated
FEED
• You can now delete your own posts (with a confirmation prompt) from the three-dot menu
• In-app share to feed includes a rich event card with image, location, and date
POLISHED ONBOARDING
• Splash event cards now match the in-app event card style, with a live count of upcoming events
• Stats: 100+ Members · live event count · St. Louis as your home chapter
UNDER THE HOOD
• Improved iOS deep links so shared events open the right screen
• Faster sign-in flow with better error handling
• Native iOS Share Sheet integration across Events, Polls, and Feed
• Bug fixes: event detail modal now opens cleanly on every card; meeting type changes preserve attendees; address autocomplete uses Capacitor native geolocation
