Get paid for documenting your depression treatment journey from your phone. Eiro Engage compensates adults receiving depression treatment for completing health tasks. Your participation helps build the prediction tools needed to end trial-and-error in psychiatric care. --WHAT YOU DO-- Complete available health tasks each day and week, all from the Eiro Engage app: - Daily symptom check-ins tracking depression, anxiety, sleep, appetite, energy, and more - Clinically validated assessments including the PHQ-9, GAD-7, WHO-5, and QIDS-SR16 - Cognitive tasks (Go/No-Go, Effort task) - Treatment logs for medications, therapy sessions, and interventional procedures such as TMS, ECT, and ketamine infusions Tasks are designed to fit into your existing routine. Most take just a few minutes. --WHAT YOU EARN-- Participants can earn upwards of $100 in just minutes per day over a 3-month period. Rewards are redeemable as bank deposits (via Stripe payouts) or Amazon gift cards and are tied directly to task completion. The more consistently you participate, the more you earn. Lifetime rewards are capped at $200. --WHO THIS IS FOR-- Eiro Engage is intended for adults 18 and older in the United States (excluding WA, NV, and MD) who are currently receiving treatment for clinical depression. This includes people on antidepressant or antipsychotic medications, in talk therapy or psychiatric care, or undergoing interventional procedures such as TMS, ECT, or ketamine therapy. To verify you meet our eligibility requirements, you will be asked to complete identity and treatment verification steps. You do not need to be a patient at any specific clinic or health system to participate. --WHY IT MATTERS-- Depression affects hundreds of millions of people worldwide, yet treatment still relies heavily on trial and error. Clinicians have limited tools to predict which medication, therapy, or procedure will work for a given patient, and the cost of that uncertainty falls on patients. Eiro is working to build FDA-regulated predictive tools that can help match patients to effective treatments faster. That work depends on real-world data from people actually living with and being treated for depression. Your participation is not passive. You are a collaborator in building better care. --PRIVACY AND DATA-- Your privacy is built into Eiro's architecture: - Health records from Apple Health are parsed entirely on your device before any data is transmitted - All direct identifiers are stripped and dates are shifted by a random per-user offset - Health data is stored separately from any personal information on our servers Eiro was built with privacy as a foundational design constraint, not an afterthought.   --ABOUT Eiro-- Eiro emerged from work at Vanderbilt University and the Wellcome Leap MCPsych program. The team is developing Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) under FDA regulatory frameworks, with the goal of bringing precision medicine to psychiatric care. --IMPORTANT-- Eiro Engage is a compensated data collection platform.
