Turn your iPad into a self-service check-in kiosk. Walk-in guests sign themselves in at the door, pick their stylist or service, and join the waitlist, with nobody standing at the front desk taking names.

CHECK-IN KIOSK ON IPAD
• Self check-in: Guests enter their name and phone number, choose a stylist or "first available," and select their service.
• Kiosk mode: The iPad locks to the check-in screen so guests can't reach anything else. A 4-digit PIN is the only way out.
• Digital waivers at check-in: Guests sign required waivers right on the kiosk. Every signed copy is stored and emailed to you.
• Your branding: Pick a kiosk theme and add your logo so the check-in screen looks like your business.
• Text when it's their turn: Guests wait wherever they like and get an SMS the moment you're ready for them.
MORE WAYS TO JOIN THE LINE
• QR code check-in: Guests scan a code on your counter or TV and join from their own phone, with no app to download.
• Tap to Join: Stick an NFC tag on your counter and guests tap their phone to open your check-in form. Program the tag from the app on your iPhone, then print the matching sign.
WAITLIST ON YOUR TV
Turn any screen into a live waitlist board. Guests see their place in line and estimated wait, so they stop asking the front desk. Install the free Ozync Waitlist app on your TV or open it in the TV's browser, then pair it with a 6-digit code.
