Fixed a bug that could cause a refresh to not automatically resume when returning from the background.

Fixed a bug which would cause both rank+rating refreshes to resume if a user cancelled only one (rank or rating) and then left the app in the background - rather than resuming the refresh the user had not canceled it would resume both.

Did you know you can tap and hold on the refresh button to access different refresh modes? I added a new "discovery" mode under the refresh button which will search countries you have not enabled for new ranks or ratings, and then enable those countries for your app.

You can now tap and hold on the delete icon in the toolbar to choose to delete only ranks or ratings. Each app now displays the rolling # of ratings in the last 30 days.

You can now tap and hold the refresh button to force refresh either ranks or ratings. Typically, ratings are only refreshed daily since they typically only change daily, but In this mode you can force a refresh at any time if you wish.
