Stability & Session Management Improvements
Duplicate Submission Prevention: Added a loading and disabled state to the Medication and Schedule save buttons, preventing duplicate records when buttons are double-tapped.
Secure Session Logout: The app now immediately unregisters push notification tokens when you log out, ensuring you no longer receive health notifications on devices where you are signed out.
Single-Device Session Management: Enforced single-device active logins. Logging in on a new device will securely log out your session on any previous devices.
