It’s been created by ordinary women who know only too well why most of the wellness industry can get in the bin. Exercise saved our sanity before it changed our bodies, and that's exactly the energy we've built this around.

We don't overcomplicate midlife fitness. The workouts are straightforward and the whole thing is designed around consistency rather than perfection. You don't need to already be fit to start. You just need to, well, start.
