If your ZIP code covers multiple cities, you can now open your profile and select the city that best represents your location. 3. Trusted Neighbor Badge
Users who have previously offered help can now earn a Trusted Neighbor badge, making it easier for others to recognize active members of the community. 4. Important SMS Notifications
You can now receive text messages for important events, such as when your help offer is accepted, so you don't miss an opportunity to help your neighbor. We’re continuing to improve HelpNearby based on what our community needs. Have an idea for the next feature? Let us know!
