For students: aerobic workouts are now guided by the phone. On an outdoor run in your workout, GPS draws the route on a map, colored by step, and the summary shows per-kilometer splits. On the treadmill, you enter the speed and the app works out the distance; on the bike, rower and elliptical, you log the panel distance at the end. The iPhone lock screen shows the current step, its target and the next one, and vibrates when the step changes. The completion screen and stickers show the measured distance and pace, and exercise history shows the load of each set. Community: a more direct feed, with a shortcuts strip at the top and "Agora na turma" when an event or challenge is on. Questions, challenges, events, materials and student conversations are here. Long posts open in the feed with "Ver mais", photos are lighter and zoomable, and authors can see who liked a post. For trainers: the Assistant home now looks like a chat, with the Classic/Assistant switch at the top and conversations in a side drawer. You can send the same message to several students and take a student's comment or message straight to the Assistant. "Meus alunos" and "Treinadores Kinevo" are now tabs, posting is the + button in the corner and, in student mode, you join the community you run. In the student list, the fixed pause status is now called "Inativo". Also: tapping a message or form notification opens the conversation, a second tap on finish no longer reopens the RPE, and the record badge no longer hides behind the set.

For students: the app has a new look. Home shows a moment for each state of the day, and History, Profile, Health and Messages follow the same design, with an icon-only bottom bar. In free-day programs, you choose the days you plan to train and, on the day, which workout to do. On iPhone, a set can be logged straight from the lock screen, with load, reps and rest. And sharing a workout is now done with stickers, with new styles for the workout, the week and the year. For trainers: per-side reps ("8 each side" or "L 10 · R 8") in the builder and in the student's workout, automatic weekly progression in the mobile builder, the Kinevo Trainers community in Messages and, on the Max plan, a community with your students. The workout-completed notification now includes the student's RPE and comment.

For trainers: the student list shows unanswered forms and assessments that are overdue or scheduled for the week, with its own filter. Send the student's program by WhatsApp or as a PDF, weekly progression inside supersets and circuits too, and the plans screen with Free, Pro and Max. In the Assistant: photo, camera and file attachments, @student and /protocol in the message, edit or regenerate the last message, search across conversations, "Undo" after approving a card and imported programs shown in the card. For students: the end-of-rest alert is now optional, and a forgotten open workout with logged sets closes as completed.

The conversation between student and trainer is new, WhatsApp-style. On the student's Home, a bell gathers the notices, plus a daily workout reminder and a weekly streak that no longer resets on Monday. During the workout: an alert at the end of rest, progress per exercise, asking the trainer for a video and the next-load suggestion when the trainer turns it on. At the end, a new transition and the week's moments: week closing, live PR and the first workout. For trainers: one-tap reactions to a finished workout, student status with a return date (vacation, injury) and who never opened the app.

The Health tab is new. Each day has its own page, with sleep, steps, resting heart rate and the day's readiness, and every number opens a detail with the week and the trend. Apple Watch: the free run got the Workout app screen, and a prescribed distance run shows your pace against the target while you run. For trainers, the Training Room was redesigned. Each exercise uses the same table as the student app, you can complete an exercise or the whole workout at once, and you can now note the exercise during the workout, as a private note or as a note the student sees next time. The trainer home is now customizable: pick the cards and drag to reorder. New birthday and student recovery cards arrived, plus templates in the Calendar, to apply a ready-made week or save the week as a template.

What's new: • Runs and rides with structured steps: warm-up, intervals, recovery and cool-down, just as your coach prescribed. • Your phone's GPS measures distance and pace outdoors, with voice cues at every step, even with the screen locked. • After the run, a summary shows each step and which ones were on target. • History now keeps the measured distance. • New workout agenda by date, so you know what's coming each day. • If your workout gets interrupted, you pick up right where you left off.

Two programs at once: a student can now run a strength program and a running block side by side, each with its own duration, starting and ending on its own schedule. The Home screen shows both, the calendar merges their workouts, and the weekly goal counts what both ask for. When one of them has no fixed days, its workouts appear right below the calendar, named after the program, instead of disappearing. Health: the tab now opens with the day's readiness, which the app already calculated and never showed anyone. Each card compares today's number against that student's own 30-day range instead of a loose average. Today counts as partial, with the time of the last sync, and an implausible night gets flagged and leaves the calculation instead of dragging the average down. The step goal now belongs to the student, not to the device. Connections: the screen answers three questions instead of listing nine cards. Where your data comes from, what goes to your watch, and what your trainer sees. A source that is live on the server but not authorized on this device now asks for action, instead of presenting itself as never connected. Notifications: you can mark everything as read and swipe to dismiss, with undo. A pending form stays out of both, so you don't erase the only reminder of something your trainer is waiting for. Conversations gained photos and documents, and got back a third of the screen. Your history stays yours: once the coaching relationship ends, the student can still see everything they trained. For trainers: in the Training Room, the multi-student view became a compact list, the whole workout fits in the panel, and the current exercise row logs set, weight and reps without leaving it. On iPad, each panel shows the entire workout with its block letter. Right after adding a student, "Prescribe a workout now" opens the builder with that student already in context. The studio assessment battery reached the app, and the workout sent to a Garmin watch is now recorded.

Trial classes in the app (studios): the trial no longer lives only on the computer. The list separates Today, Upcoming, No time set and Class already passed, yours first, and the lead sheet carries WhatsApp, time, unit, who teaches and who booked it. From there you run the class — which opens the assessment and returns to the sheet when you finish — or mark "Compareceu", which also checks the student in on the schedule. When you have a trial today or tomorrow, the card shows up on your Home, and the phone alert opens the lead directly. On the schedule, the occurrence gained an "Experimental" badge and the button to run the class; completing a trial now works for a manager and for whoever is covering the slot, which used to fail silently. Free-day programs: when no workout in the program has a weekday, each workout is expected once a week, on the day the student picks. They see their position in the order, a "This week" card with the goal, how many are left until Sunday and the days already trained, and the week closes instead of looping. Nothing is marked late. In a mixed program, a day-less workout is still an extra and does not count toward the goal. The weekly goal you read is the one the student reads: dashboard, student list, student page, training control and the program report now count the same way. And a program with no scheduled days is now called "free days" instead of a trail. Builder on the phone: dragging reorders, and only that. Before, the natural pause before letting go merged the exercises into a block almost every time. Merging is now explicit, through a button that appears between two rows or through the item menu, which also gained Move up and Move down. Fix: the weekday on the appointment sheet came out wrong.

Awaiting reply: what your students wrote after training now lives in one place. Reply right there, or mark it as needing no reply — and the queue clears. Replies arrive anchored: the student sees which workout you are talking about and what they wrote themselves. Training control: prescribed next to done on the session sheet, a ficha for each exercise, and the whole program at a glance. Assessments: the mile test, Rockport with a warning when the entered time is a running pace, and one spelling per number in the report. Health: the student decides what you can see. Money on the phone: plans with boleto, installments and visibility, plus a single overdue rule. Fixes across groups, exercises, notifications and the builder.

Trainers can now create their account right in the app. Anyone installing from the store sees what Kinevo does before the form, and signup ends in the dashboard, no browser needed. The program deadline now shows on the student profile and on their Home, with a heads-up when it is about to end. You can queue the next program to start when the current one ends, and the Overview calendar now shows upcoming workouts. Generating a full program is now a conversation with the Assistant. The builder opens the Assistant with the student's prescription profile, the program is born with a warm-up, and the preview shows everything before saving. The Assistant also explains in plain words when an action fails, tells you where what it created ended up, fixes an existing form without leaving the chat, and accepts audio. And you choose which of its alerts you get. Text to workout: paste a workout as free text and the builder assembles the structure, with warm-up, cardio, notes, load, %1RM, RIR, tempo, supersets, circuits and weekly progression. The student profile gained per-workout progression, effort and new loads in the Overview, a "did the whole workout?" check on each session, and a history for every exercise. In the builder, Exercise, Warm-up, Cardio and Note are one tap away in the footer. Workout template: the program structure without the exercises, to fill in later. A program with no scheduled days becomes a track instead of a blocker. Subscription and Wallet in the app: subscribe from your phone and follow payouts with receipts. The Free plan now holds you plus one student. Delegated access: the person helping you signs in with their own credentials and works in your account. For those who train: Warm-up and cardio join the Training Room, rest no longer covers the list, and workouts open faster. The preview before starting got fuller. Apple Watch: rest stays accurate with the phone locked, and circuits with rounds, AMRAP and EMOM reach the watch. Circuits on Garmin too. Fixes: an unchecked set came back as done; finishing from the trainer's Training Room duplicated the log; a week crossing the month marked a done workout as missed; search couldn't find "Rosca Direta no TRX" from "Rosca TRX"; a circuit's cardio station showed up mute in the builder; the student action menu on Android hid items.

O app do aluno está com cara nova. A Home ganhou duas argolas, a da semana e a do treino do dia, no lugar do bloco escuro. A aba Saúde passou a falar a mesma língua do resto do app, com os números do dia em destaque. E o tema claro virou o padrão para todo mundo. Compartilhar treino mudou de vez: eram 5 modelos, todos de pós-treino, e agora são 10 em cinco recortes de tempo, entre figurinhas transparentes para o story e cards fechados de semana, mês, ano e recorde. Antes de começar o treino, dá para ver a prévia do que vem pela frente. Para quem treina gente: Grupos de alunos. Junte quem treina igual, monte uma trilha de etapas e aplique o programa para o grupo inteiro de uma vez. Modo de trabalho. Quem atende dentro de um estúdio e também tem alunos particulares agora alterna entre os dois no app, como já fazia no navegador. Progressão semanal pelo celular. Dá para montar, editar e nomear as semanas do programa sem abrir o computador, e reordenar os treinos arrastando. A ficha do aluno ficou mais completa: objetivo, tags, notas do treinador, frequência cardíaca máxima e pace de limiar. Correções: a estação aeróbia dentro de um circuito registrava só a primeira volta; um treino já iniciado podia virar tela sem saída; e o contador de formulários somava os de pré e pós-treino que não deviam entrar ali.

Correções para quem acompanha alunos pelo app: Na Sala de Treino, um superset aparecia acima do aquecimento, fora da ordem em que o treino foi montado. O bloco agora entra na posição certa, a mesma que o aluno vê no app dele. A busca deixou de exigir acento. Procurar por "joao" encontra "João", e "triceps" encontra "Tríceps". Vale na lista de alunos, na biblioteca de exercícios, ao montar o treino e ao trocar um exercício no meio da sessão. A biblioteca de exercícios parava de listar depois de mil itens. Quem tem um catálogo grande não achava parte dos próprios exercícios na hora de montar o treino, mesmo com eles cadastrados. O rótulo do último treino do aluno voltou a contar dia de calendário. Um treino de anteontem à noite podia aparecer como "Ontem", dependendo da hora em que você abrisse o app.

Se o seu treinador montou uma progressão de semanas no programa, o treino agora acompanha a semana certa. As séries, as repetições e a carga que aparecem no dia são as da semana em que você está, no celular e no Apple Watch. O app também passou a vestir a marca de quem atende você. Se o atendimento é por um estúdio, é a marca do estúdio; se é particular, é a do seu treinador, mesmo quando a mesma pessoa faz as duas coisas. Correção: no modo escuro, os avisos de sucesso, de alerta e de erro apareciam como um retângulo claro no meio da tela preta. Acontecia bastante nos formulários, e agora eles seguem o tema. Para o treinador: Fisioterapeuta e nutricionista de estúdio ganharam a tela inicial da própria área no app, com os números do atendimento e quem está sem acompanhamento há mais tempo. A aba de alunos vira Pacientes. Quem atende por um estúdio e também tem alunos particulares agora escolhe o modo de trabalho no app, Estúdio ou Conta pessoal. A carteira, a agenda e o cadastro de aluno novo seguem o modo escolhido, e a escolha continua valendo depois de fechar o app. A restrição de treino em vigor aparece no montador de programa, antes de você prescrever. A Sala de Treino no tablet passou a usar a tela inteira: a grade segue o número real de alunos em vez do teto escolhido, sem quadrante vazio, e as abas mostram quem está aparecendo. Correção: ao duplicar um exercício, editar a cópia podia alterar o original.

Se você usa uma balança de bioimpedância que escreve no app Saúde, o Kinevo agora lê o peso e a composição corporal de lá. Massa magra, gordura e água viram gráfico junto com o resto do seu histórico, com a origem da medição sempre à vista. É só ligar em Perfil, Conexões. Ao terminar o treino você ganha um modelo novo de compartilhamento: uma figurinha com os números do dia, pra colar em cima da sua própria foto. Quem é atendido por um estúdio com fisioterapeuta ou nutricionista passa a ver a própria equipe no perfil. A restrição de treino em vigor aparece primeiro, com as áreas afetadas, o prazo e quem indicou. Os formulários ficaram mais completos: múltipla escolha, perguntas que só aparecem quando fazem sentido e envio de documento. Nas escalas de nota, as âncoras que o seu treinador escreveu agora aparecem para você. As telas de entrada foram redesenhadas no visual novo do Kinevo, e nas conversas ficou claro quem escreveu cada mensagem. A tela inicial abre com os seus dados já na tela, sem espera. Para o treinador: vídeo de exercício gravado pelo celular passa a ser convertido antes de ir para a biblioteca, então acabou o vídeo que abria só com som; cada pergunta de escala agora declara se nota maior é melhor ou pior, e tanto o alerta de bem-estar quanto o relatório passaram a ler essa direção; as avaliações ganharam rastreio qualitativo; e a agenda ganhou marcação de atendimento em um toque, com desfazer. Correções: a tela de abertura deixou de cortar o logo no iPad; o botão de suporte apontava para uma caixa que não existe mais; e a Sala de Treino não guarda mais alunos de dias anteriores com informações desatualizadas.

O Apple Watch foi redesenhado por inteiro. Carga, repetições e cronômetros agora aparecem na tipografia do Kinevo, o fundo é preto de verdade para economizar bateria, e a cor só aparece quando significa alguma coisa: série concluída, novo recorde, zona de esforço. Durante o descanso, sua frequência cardíaca fica visível dentro do cronômetro — dá para ver o batimento baixar antes da próxima série. O card do treino na tela de bloqueio ganhou a mesma linguagem, e agora aparece quando o treino realmente começa. Começar o treino pelo relógio agora pergunta o check-in de prontidão no pulso. Se você já respondeu no celular, ninguém pergunta de novo. O check-in agora acompanha o aluno, e não o modelo de treino: o treinador pode abrir e responder junto pelo próprio aparelho na Sala de Treino. Correções: o relógio voltou a iniciar junto com o celular; o cronômetro não conta mais o tempo de responder o check-in; e o link de redefinir senha da aba Mais deixou de abrir a página inicial em vez da tela de nova senha.

Sala de Treino em tablet: acompanhe até 4 alunos ao mesmo tempo, com o exercício da vez e o descanso de cada um sempre à vista. Prescrição de aeróbio mais completa: monte treinos por fases e defina a progressão semana a semana. Data de nascimento do aluno: a idade e a frequência cardíaca máxima passam a ser calculadas sozinhas, e os formulários podem perguntar datas. Para estúdios: organize os alunos por unidade, acompanhe indicações e registre pausas e cancelamentos. Correções de estabilidade e ajustes visuais.

Esta versão é sobre o que você compartilha depois do treino. A foto virou o card. Ao compartilhar um treino concluído com uma foto sua, a imagem agora ocupa o quadro inteiro. Saiu o cartão branco que cobria um terço da foto; ficaram o treino, os números e a assinatura do seu treinador. O volume agora tem com o que ser comparado. O card de volume mostra quanto você subiu em relação ao último treino do mesmo nome. Um número sozinho não diz se foi um bom dia. A sequência saiu do rodapé. O card de resumo passou a mostrar seus dias seguidos de treino como gráfico, no lugar do anel decorativo que estava ali antes. A lista do treino cabe inteira. O card completo mostra o nome dos exercícios sem cortar e fecha com o total de séries e volume. Correções - A duração do treino aparecia em formatos diferentes dependendo de onde você compartilhava. Agora é sempre a mesma. - A textura de papel dos cards aparecia só num quadrado no canto superior; agora cobre o card todo. - O recorde pessoal ficou mais limpo: menos selos e etiquetas em volta do número.
