Prometheus Planner
The classic ABC day, digital
$9.99
The paper planner ritual on iPad and Mac — ABC-123 priorities, real ink on iPad, keyboard power on Mac, and one planner synced via iCloud.
Prometheus Planner brings the classic paper planner method to iPad and Mac — one page per day, priorities that mean something, and your week anchored in purpose.
THE METHOD, BUILT IN
• ABC-123 priorities: A = vital today, B = important, C = optional. Within each letter, order 1-2-3 and work the day in order.
• Morning ritual: plan your day in five guided steps — review yesterday, see today's appointments, rescue what's overdue, confirm your A/B/C, set the order.
• Day close: every unfinished task gets a decision — complete it, forward it, or let it go. Nothing rolls over silently.
• Task states from the classic notation: done, forwarded, in progress, delegated, deleted.
YOUR WEEK HAS A WHY
• My Compass holds your values, mission, roles and long-term goals.
• Each week, choose one Big Rock per role and schedule it before the gravel fills the page.
• A monthly Master List catches tasks that don't have a day yet.
ON IPAD — REAL INK
• Write with Apple Pencil in your daily notes, the daily log and your notebooks. No Pencil? Draw with your finger.
• On-device handwriting recognition can turn what you wrote into real tasks. Nothing leaves your iPad.
ON MAC — KEYBOARD-FIRST
• Full planner on Mac with a Go menu of keyboard shortcuts: today, previous/next day, day/week/month and every section.
• View ink you created on iPad; plan and edit tasks, appointments, and weekly Big Rocks at your desk.
PLAYS WELL WITH APPLE
• Two-way sync with Calendar and Reminders on iPad and Mac — your appointments and tasks stay one set of truth.
• iCloud keeps your planner on all your devices, in your private iCloud — we can't read it.
• Local notifications for appointments, tasks, and your evening close — complete or snooze a task right from the notification. No account, no sign-up.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• The planner works fully offline; iCloud and Calendar/Reminders sync are optional.
• No ads, no trackers, no third-party analytics.
• No account, no sign-up — your data lives on your devices and in your own iCloud.
Prometheus Planner is for people who loved what a paper planner did for their head — and want it with sync, search and a safety net on iPad and Mac.
