TopoSDS runs the paperwork side of a delivery contracting operation: hiring, compliance files and the conversations around them, on one screen.
A FILE SYSTEM THAT KNOWS WHAT EXPIRES
Documents are filed against a driver, a vehicle or the company, and each type knows how long it lasts. The compliance board ranks every driver, every truck and the company itself worst first, so the next hour goes where it matters. Every file says plainly what is current, what is expiring soon, what has expired and what was never filed. Deleted documents stay recoverable for 30 days.
HIRING, FROM FIRST MESSAGE TO FIRST ROUTE
Every candidate sits in one of five stages: outreach, interview, clearance, set up and ready. Each one shows how far through they are and the next thing to do. Background check, drug screen, medical certificate, road test, paperwork: tick each step the moment it happens. Calls that are due now, or were missed, are flagged at the top.
THE CONVERSATION IN THE SAME PLACE
Direct and group chat with photos, files, replies, reactions and read receipts, plus company-wide announcements. A question about a document or a candidate is asked where the work is, not in a personal app nobody can audit.
ONLY THE PEOPLE WHO SHOULD
Owners see the whole operation. Managers see their area. Drivers see their own documents, never the depot's. Access is set per role and per document type. Documents are never handed out as shareable links: every read is an authenticated request checked at the moment it happens.
TopoSDS is sold to companies. You need an invitation from your employer to use it.
